For such a feminine woman, she assists her husband without complaint. Her lovely husband does the same for her. I’m sure a lot of us would like to know the ingredients but back when they started cooking they probably did not have measures such as teaspoons and table spoons and 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8 measuring devices but did it through feel and watching the family cook through the generations. I’m sure what measurements great-grandmother used were nothing like the ones your mother uses and your measurements are not like your moms. I prefer to watch them just guessing at the amounts because each family’s tastes are different ie. some like lots of onions while some families prefer more garlic and herbs and less onions. To each own method, “HAPPY COOKING”.

I noticed that in these type of videos the utensils are always brand new. I’m thinking that that may be a requirement. They never use old well seasoned pots and pans.

That's the kind of life I will like to go and live,quite beautiful live, sundered by nature. They grow all their foods and life stocks saving them selfs tons of money. They can also been in the business of selling food items to there farmer's market. Both of them are so handy. Her husband has a lot os skills which I admired. I' m sure they are free of most illness such as diabetes. I notice they consume more protein than carbohydrate. What are those dry herbs that you use. I recognize bayleafs. Can you please list the names of the herbs and the ones you use for meat and the ones for chickens. Do you people eat all that food or you sell some of them. . Nice . love the video. la bouffe à l'air bonne mais ils se font la gueule terrible. du coup je prefere un macdo entre potes en rigolant bien. La qualité n'est pas là mais au moins on se marre au lieu de se tirer une gueule mortelle 🫠
