    People assume coasters in China are awful just because Chinese coasters are awful. Coaster built by good manufacturers are good, no matter where they are. Congrats on 5k BTW!

    Happy to see more people doing videos that highlight the lesser known coasters of the world. I think that Starry Sky Ripper is what I would imagine B&Ms take on the Flying Dutchman would look like with a few unique elements like that straight drop. Great video!

    My fav chinese coaster to look at is Crystal Wings which is a Superman ultimate flight clone that they built into a castle and looks to be maybe the most themed thrill coaster in the world

    There’s a straight drop after a small turn after the lift hill on galactica/air at Alton towers, and on the back row it’s such a unique feeling. I genuinely felt like I was just freefalling, was insane

    The weirdest thing about Coaster Through The Clouds is the gigantic flat turn at the top of the lift, I guess it’s worth it for the suspense it builds up but that seriously must’ve added a couple million dollars to the overall cost. I can’t think of anything like it on that scale

    The inline twist happens before the fly-to-lie. It's an inline twist INTO a fly-to-lie INTO a vertical loop.

    Falcon is 196ft because that is 60m in metric. Also, Starry Sky Ripper’s vertical loop has a weird sensation of turning smoothly from crazy intense to airtime.

    Ok, that weird turn after the loop? That's a lie-to-fly turn like on the Vekoma Flying Dutchman. As for the inline twist, I believe CDB is counting the 540 degree fly-to-lie as an inline twist flowing straight into a fly-to-lie.

    @@bandmfanboy and i think, while their coasters are great, it's just not right to do the exact same thing every time but in a different order, if you have ridden 1 b&m hyper, you have expierenced at least 60% of every other b&m hyper. I would rather have a park build a 100 feet next gen vekoma or something than a b&m hyper, just because it is something new

    Another Chinese flyer that really goes untalked about is Harpy at Xingshuangbanna Sunac Land (yes that's the name of the park). It's kinda like a combination between Ultimate flight and manta, and definitely seems solid (not Sky Ripper tier tho)

    The problem with most chinese coasters is that they feel very incomplete. They've got some insane elements but they are mixed with some weird stuff, like a straight track. If you look at american or european costers you have probably less really good parts, but also less weird or to short rides
