If you have had Amritsari Kulcha in Amritsar, you know that taste is unbeatable. But I visited Punjab Da Chulah in Juhu, Mumbai and they've done it. These were the best, most flaky kulchas paired with lip-smackingly good chole! Not kidding, I was compelled to take some home with me.
Not just the traditional aloo pyaaz ke chole kulche, cheese garlic kulche, spicy seeti-maar kulche, maa ki daal, the phirni, and the gud ki jalebi - everything was to die for!
I deem Punjab da Chulah as the Amritsar in Mumbai. Honestly, you do not need to aspire to be in Punjab or Delhi to have good Chole kulche anymore.

Great video, of course, and the chhole on the kulche (instead of icing on the cake) is the lovely interaction between two gentlemen. Mukesh Ji's very nice nature is something that we expect from Fauji afsars. Love his honesty when he says that his attempt at the textile business did not succeed. I Personally Beleive That The Taste Of Chole Kulche of Amritsar cannot be replicated anywhere in the world but yes I am sure this outlet justifies the next best taste ☺️ Amritsar se acha kahin nhi milta 😀🙏

Sir, we visited this place today with some Punju friends. Unfortunately Mukesh ji was not there. Being a non Punju I enjoyed it but my Punju friends were not too impressed but they it is better than what most Mumbai places will serve.

Hey you should also check out the chole kulche vendors in chembur right in front of the gurudwara! The shops are run by sindhi refugees!! Very cool and a lot of options’
