Ingredients:
Chicken thighs - 4-5 pieces
Orange - 3 pcs.
Soy sauce - 5 tbsp.
Honey - 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika, chicken seasoning
Garlic - 3 cloves
Place the thighs into the mold.
For the sauce, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, salt, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, chicken seasoning, garlic. Pour the marinade over the thighs and put them in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
Before baking, place an orange on each thigh; the peel must be trimmed. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour 40 minutes at 190C. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
