Claudia, I prepared this recipe for dinner tonight, and let's just say the family was very pleased with the result!! I did leave out the serranos because of the sissies around the table, and I roasted 2 fresh ears of corn and used that instead of canned corn. This recipe is awesome, even without the serranos!!!

Definitely gonna make this in the near future…minus the Serrano peppers cuz the boyfriend doesn’t like really spicy!
