Rice wine and salt . . . wash several times . . . sauce with salt, white pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chives, turmeric . . . coat with egg and cornstarch and fry twice. I may have missed an ingredient or two.

Try “old Bay “ seasonings and seasoned salt. I’m sure any seasonings to your own taste is fine😊

Just Google thirteen spices and it will give you a list - nothing unusual and you probably have many of the spices already.

Pls include recipe in the description. Thirteen spice powder ? Oil consumption?

It is actually a spice mix containing 13 spices. Called 13 spice . I found some online

very good thank you. i substitute tempura powder for the starch for excellent results
