The thermals suck ass lol. The Mirage 2000 5F has crystal clear thermals with 2-3 times more zoom on the pod. Everything else I agree with though.

There’s a reason it’s 80% Russia vs. everyone at top tier and they have a 65% overall winrate while other countries struggle to even reach 50%. Where does skill issue come into this again? You just contradicted your own statement by mentioning 1 death leavers and saying it’s a skill issue on my part. Playing top tier just sucks the fun out of it when you just get curbstompped every game against Russia. Who’s fault is that? Who knows. I wonder if the Mavericks are better on this plane? How you know you track target and not ground? Or is it easier to target them with targeting pod? with normal targeting i struggle alot against pantsir, they often shoot me down in my old F16 Mav CAS when i am even out of range with Mavericks (what is at 6 km i would say). Not really fun to play and the Pantsir even give no lock in RWR... :(

The Mav-D’s can also be slaved to the T-pod which helps a lot for targeting, and can track Pantsir sized targets from like 10km

Great video, but god i hate cas so much. I have the Mig27k, Tornado, Ka52, UHT, F14B and so on but i always decide against using them, i just know how unfair it is and how much i ruin the game with them. There should be a ground only mode

It doesnt reset because of the pod. The A7E also has a pod with which it doesnt reset.

American military doctrine is based on getting air supremacy and then sending its jets in with CAS to support the ground troops. Russian doctrine is just numbers and tanks, as we have seen in ukraine. Thats why american jets have so much cas weaponry, because they are all designed to play support, but russian jets have cas as an afterthought.

Depends on which gbu's you are using. Gotta check the stats on the ones you are using and it shoukd tell you up to which speeds you can drop

@@adriancg1389 more "guided" bombs. You need to maintain lock with each one, leaving you open to counter attack from SPAA, helis, and planes. The Mavericks allow fire-and-forget whilst also allowing room for 2 very large laser-guided bombs if you want them. In the time you engage one target with the barak, the f16c can probably engage up to 5.

What a terrible team. How predictable

I hope you know that the F-16C is not even close to the best CAS in game. That title is surpassed by the Harrier GR.7 even the MiG-27K the F-16C is not reliable. I have the F-16C and it is not even close to being a viable vehicle for CAS just yet.
