Cars with Luke Great review! But I still prefer the R8 V10 plus. It looks better, in my opinion. And it sound great also. But the 911 GT3 might be a bit more pleasure to drive, especially around tracks. And, although I've always viewed the GT3's design as a step up from the regular 911, it still looks like a toad, to me. It's a great car. But I'd still take the R8 V10 Plus.

GT3 content will never get old! Especially if it's on your channel!! Keep up the good work! Cheers mate!

Your aesthetic is sublime and the enthusiasm you show for cars is exactly what I need for my daily "car fix." Honestly, it's a mystery why I bother with some of the other car KZreadrs. It's the difference between a quality feature film and trashy reality show television. Cheers for that!

Cant tel if you still can remember, but last year we met infront of Riva Hotel in Constance and had a short chat about the GT3RS ;)

The GT3 is pure passion , honestly it is perfect and there is no other car that I want so badly. Thank you Luke I don´t have words to explain what I feel

TAC Lexus does sound epic - best thing about the GT3 though is it’s relatively achievable, relatively useable, and (if careful) most can exploit the car, even on the road ....

Nice film Luke. Helps bridge the gap to mine arriving. It’s left the factory and is enroute to UK. Crayon, Clubsport, 911R Houndstooth, PCCB and stereo delete. Can’t wait. And I’ve decided to keep the GT4 too! We clearly have similar tastes with regards to the perfect car...

Great video, that opening scene is fantastic.....actually could you put a compilation video together of all the contemporary shots? Be tempted to just have the callipers repainted in yellow if it was mine. GT4 really punches above its weight (even in 2nd hand overs) and would be a cracking buy if within budget.

I‘d like to know why you choose Switzerland for your resident and what you’re usually do for a living. Absolutely stunning impressions of that beautiful car in a winter wonderland. Can’t get much better than that 👍🏼

Great review. I currently have a 991.1 GTS, I’ve tried the Turbo and whilst it was mind bendingly quick, I missed the normally aspirated sound. Do you think it’s worth the premium over the GTS

I’ve had the 991.2 GTS and then upgraded to a 991.2 GT3 Touring and I can definitely say that it was worth it.

And used mainly as a road car the ride quality is still pretty good for long distance European tours?

Gareth Howells Yes, i daily this car still. It depends on what you are willing to tolerate. In the GTS I had the regular seats and in the touring I specced the full buckets, which are definitely a little stiffer, but not as bad as they look. The whole car is a little stiffer too but it doesn’t really take away too much comfort. Another difference is the sound, i’m from Germany so when you’re riding the autobahn at 5-6 thousand rpms for a couple of hours, it can get a little loud. BUT the whole car just feels and sounds sooo much better than the 991.2 gts. I don’t know if it’s too much of a difference between a 991.1 gts, since that thing also sounds really nice, but if you’re into mechanical noises from the gearbox and just the whole racecar feel, the gt3 is probably the way to go. Again, it probably depends on the person you are, but if you are a Porsche guy like me and in love with the looks and sound of this car, I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed.

At last I’ve just bought one! ‘18 MY. Cant wait to pick it up but I’m sure I’ll miss my Turbo S long term. I just can’t afford both
