The BEST campsite in North Carolina
Hey everyone, Kevin here. I figured I’d start a KZread channel that felt a little more personable as I brought you all along on my adventures. Florida can be a tough state to camp in. I usually camp twice a week from November until March with friends. I still camp through the summer, just not as frequently as other adventures seem to take up the long summer days. I work rotating 12 hour shifts that allow me to have off 14+ days a month. Combine that with my sense of adventure and I'm able to see what the states really have to offer. Old NC-105 is an amazing place. The views of Linville Gorge can't be beat! It takes some of the sense of adventure out of it though when a corolla rolls by. 🤣🤣
I’ve camped there in that exact same spot 3 times this summer… gorgeous!

The grand canyon of North Carolina! I backpacked for 4 days there with some buddies in 2014, we slept a few nights on the river, and also up on the east side of the gorge right on the edge on the lower cliffs. If you ever go back, go down to the river and find the camp site on the west side of the river....huge boulders in the water. Falling asleep to the sound of the river is amazing

This was actually 2 months ago. The weather was amazing, we are going back in a couple weeks.
Absolutely amazing. Please let me know when you are doing a weekend in central fl. Im getting all my gear ready and gonna take my son out into the outdoors

Only 1 month left of football season for me than ill be back at it. Ive been looking at campsite and even some Harvest Host spots that look pretty cool. Im going to try and push this NO Boundaries trailer to see what the limits are. Excited to get back out there.
