I have never zested anything im excited to try and taste that technique.

I wanna make this BUT what can I use other than mayo? Would olive oil work?

I did this recipe yrs ago and your sauce I swore you added white wine Cause I did and when I made it my brother who is a chef was Thoroughly impressed with the white wine I added I will add white wine again.

And I used Jumbo lump!!.. Lump has alot of shells.

Make her Sauce and add White Wine!! Makes a world of difference but if u family that can't have that use chicken broth

Definitely need jumbo lump which you used
