the thing is people nowadays never spawn on oil/fuel pumps because youll either eat this c4 or get killed by punchhole on dormswall or the green hallway window

Usually u should place the c4 right on 2:51

If u prone and look uo at the clouds u can throw it like on the truck trailer and you can wait to hear them i use this c4 on outback everytime
