Heads up, getting a reservation at Peter Luger is no east feat. Many are made a month in advance and lastly they are CASH only. The food is amazing though.

The reservations are for dinner. If you go for lunch (only time they serve burgers) you won’t need a reservation. And if you go for lunch on a weekday you might not even need to wait

My 2 favourite burger restaurants are Brodburger in Canberra, Australia, and John's burger, Kiel, Germany. But the best burger I ever had was made for me by a friend who is a chef at a 2 michelin star restaurant. I challenged him to make the ultimate burger. It was on another level.
