Hey since you uploaded to YT today I’ll put this message here too. 4 years ago today is when I first found you, I can’t believe it was so long ago now! last year on this day I told you my real name, though I’d understand if you forgot it. I’m happy to have been here with you on your journey so to speak for the last 4 years 😃

PLS YOU HAVE TO UPLOAD MORE, I LOVE YOUR VIDS

First, on a hot grill, put a sesame seeded bun with just a little butter put on the grill, not on the bun because it will be too saturated. And toast it well. On a very hot grill (or pan) put 1/2 tsp of olive oil and 1/2 diced sweet onion, once the onions have a good start, push them off to the side (or remove). With a very hot grill, put in a 1/3 lb ball of 80% lean ground beef and push it out to the right size for your bun. Sprinkle the meat and onions with McCormick garlic and herb seasoning (salt free), and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Flip the burger and put the onions around the meat. When the meat is cooked to how you want it, shake a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to break the glaze-- put the onions on the top of the meat and then a slice of cheese (I like provolone), and EAT! You should use a spatter shield when cooking this because the temperature needed for this can cause a mess and a hood over the stove is keen. Damn, it's 4:40 AM and now I've got the munchies! I will have to settle for a bag of Cape Cod Kettle chips with sea salt and a Coke..

I know the best burger joint in the country. Honestly it's right in my current city, Marshalltown Iowa on 13th Street. It's called The Flying Elbow, and they recently won the title for best burger sandwich in the country. If you're ever around in Iowa on travel, and want to try them out, I recommend it. Burger title holder is the tombstone burger.
