Went to their merch shop hoping to find it, then searched it up and found Wilderness Trail. I'm totally picking one up. I love it.

My neighbor is a “Friend of the Trace” and invited me to go with him to a barrel pick of Eagle Rare. They bottled it a few months later and I bought a bottle. It’s probably the best bourbon I’ve ever had. It is head and shoulders above and beyond the normal Eagle Rare. My second favorite was Stagg Jr. -pure brown sugar.

The Stagg Jr is my wife's favorite as well. It brings so much to the table (probably the proof helps as well), but agreed delicious

The saying you don't know what you've got until it's gone definitely applies to me. The local grocery store would routinely have their eagle rare store pick for $30 and would put them on sale for $25 around Mardi Gras. Now I can't find a normal eagle rare

There are currently 10 different Buffalo Trace products in my collection with Elmer T and Antique 107 being the two most recent. If I absolutely had to classify top to bottom (not an easy task by any means) From the top down it would look something like this. Elmer T Lee, Weller 12, Weller Antique 107, Eagle Rare, E.H. Taylor (Small Batch), Blanton's (Single Barrel), Weller Special Reserve, Buffalo Trace, Kosher Wheat Recipe, Benchmark (Single Barrel). In reality, from the Elmer to the Taylor, those are all hard to put one in front of the other as they are all so good.

Love that wilderness trail shirt! Favorite BT products I've had (so far): 21 THH, Stagg jr batch 14. Honorable mention OWA store pick (beat 21 old rip head to head blind) and a southern Illinois baby saz pick.

Once got a sample of George T. Stagg and Eagle Rare 17. Those were celestial.

Easy- EH Taylor barrel proof. A selection I used to find on a regular basis at or near retail. That ended 5 years ago

EH Taylor Barrel Proof (hope to find one), had a pour and loved it, also Weller 107, so good!!! Get a pour every time I see it

EH Taylor single barrel followed very very closely by a Eagle Rare store pick.

Favorite was a Store Barrel pick of Eagle Rare. A lot of times I get a slight harshness in the midpallete of Eagle Rare bottles but this one didn’t have that. It was just that lovely creamy all the way thru.

My favorite buffalo trace product that I have actually tried is eagle rare. I’m waiting for a store in my area to get some E.H Taylor small batch in!

I usually learn nothing but it is still fun to watch. Can’t wait for Advent!

My favorite BT product that I have tried so far is EHT BP (my bottle). One caveat: the only BTAC I have tasted is GTS 2019 (friend's bottle), but I think I liked the EHT BP better from what I recall.

WLW is probably my favorite Buffalo Trace product, but really I have found all of their main lineup to be great. I've never had a bad pour of Blantons and would say that was easily my favorite for years. More recently, was shocked at how much I have really oved the Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye. Delicious!

My favorite has always been Elmer T Lee but I pretty much love them all, especially the EH Taylor line.

I'm new to the whiskey scene and have only had 2 fingers of Buffalo Trace at a bar a month ago. Enjoyed it. My town had zero Buffalo Trace products. Had to shop around in a neighboring city before I found any. Picked up a bottle of Buffalo Trace and Eagle Rare. Cost was $50 for Trace and $100 for Rare. Central Missouri prices suck.

Best BT product I've ever had was a pour of GTS 2019 at Whiskey Row in Salt Lake City. Probably the best pour of bourbon I've ever had too, it was amazing.

favorite was eh taylor barrel proof (at a bar, never seen a bottle for purchase) and a close second was a 2009 stagg

I have never had any of the high end coveted versions so for me it is EH Taylor small batch

Interesting that sean said what he likes about buffalo trace is the oak and the finish. My most common personal complaint about buffalo trace products is their lack of flavor and lack of a finish. Goes to show just how different people will get different experiences from whiskies.

Fav Buffalo trace product is Wellers, absolutely. Special reserve is the normal go-to, but Antieque 101....chef kiss!

Buffalo Trace regular is my favorite!

Favorite BT product that I've had the opportunity to taste is between Stagg Jr and Tom Handy. I'd love to try more of the BTAC line.

Favorite bottles of BT I’ve had have been batches of all the hitters that we all chase, GTSs Jrs and EH Taylor barrel proofs. Of the non LEs, it’s been certain bottles of eagle rare, but some are stinkers too! For what I’ve paid trying to acquire mashbill 2 bottles, I’ll stick to Col taylor when I can find it at retail. Always solid.

EHT Rye is probably my favorite Buffalo Trace I've had, from the standard line. I think EHT Barrel Proof would be my favorite, but never had it. My favorite BTAC is Thomas Handy.

EH Taylor Small Batch is my favorite BT product I've tasted. But I also have an Eagle Rare Store Pick that is freaking outstanding.

Favorite BT product I have actually tried: EH Taylor BP and it’s probably my all time favorite juice I have ever had.

Favorite BT product is probably an EHT product and I'm leaning towards this SiB pick I got from a bar. EHT BP is a close second.

My first ever Buffalo Trace I tried was Blanton's before I was really even into bourbon. However, Eagle Rare is my favorite BT that I've had.

The best I ever had so far was a 2018 William Larue Weller. I may never get a better one but I will keep tasting all the bourbon just in case :)

I've never had Rock Hill but I have had the others you blinded today. In addition the BT I've tried Pappy 15, Old rip Van winkle 10, EH Taylor barrel proof, EH small Batch, eagle rare, reg BT, Weller special reserve, Weller 107, (Wow do I have a drinking problem), benchmark ful proof, Blanton's, Stagg (Jr) and drum roll please....................... EH Taylor Barrel proof was my favorite.

William Larue Weller, which I found just once at an affordable price in Venice Beach, was the most delicious BT whiskey I've tasted. Below that I like Stagg Jr and EH Taylor Small Batch, but I've never had Elmer, or Rockhill.

My favorite Buffalo Trace product is 80 proof Blanton’s Black Label. Sold in Japan for $50, but $350 in the states. It’s wonderful.

I just got my very first Buffalo Trace. So far the only BT product I've had. It was all gone in under a week. And I haven't been able to find more. I missed blanton at my local store by one day.

Neither are anything special from what I’ve had. But if I had to pick one I’d go mashbill 1. I’ve had a store pick BT that heavily tops the scale in mashbill 1’s favor though.

ER picks are so good!

My favorite bottle I've ever had was a hazmat GTS, can't tell you which batch but it's what honestly got me into whiskey. Went into a liquor store right after trying it and asked them if they had any and got a rude awakening to the world of allocation, employee laughed me out the store and I had no idea why

Totally fucking agree. Eagle rare has a funk that turns me a bit off.

My favorite EH Taylor Small Batch. Outstanding my want to try btac is Rock Hill Farms. Supposed to be same mash bill as Blanton's but higher proof.

My favorite bottle I own is 107 or kosher rye recipe. Favorite I’ve tasted is old rip. But overall 107 is one of my favorite bottles period.

My favorite is my EH Taylor BP 130.2 Batch 9

Favorite so far was Old Rip Van Winkle. The last of the bottle was so much cherry. It was amazing. Wish I had another bottle.

My favorite is probably the odd bottle of Eagle Rare but I've had some good EH Taylors. I've never tried Stagg because I can never find it here. HIt the grocery store today and found Remus, Barton Disc #7, Old Elk, Makers Private Select, Penelope Architect & Barrel Strength, and a bunch of High West but no Buffalo Trace anything. I'm on an Xmas budget and bought nothing.

I haven’t been able to get anything but Eagle Rare an it is really good to me! I would love to find some of the others you tested, live in NC and it’s frickin stupid to find any allocated brands,I finally got some Blantons and Buffalo Trace EH Taylor is never here! Sucks

Best BT product I've ever tasted was probably '20 WLW (it's really 1A and 1B with PVW15). Non-BTAC/VW edition: Stagg Jr. store pick. Would love to put it up against GTS it was that good.

Weller Antique is my fav BT that I tasted. But all that I have had is Weller SR, Antique, Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace and Stagg Jr. Stagg Jr proof smacked me around, so it wasn’t till the 3rd sip that I started tasting it. 😅

Had stagg jr batch 3 last night… favorite for sure

Favorite BT product = 2017 and then very close with 2020 GTS.

My absolute favorite Buffalo Trace whiskey is GTS. After that would be the EHT bourbons, not the rye. Have really enjoyed all of the EHT bourbons. Some more than others but all excellent.

My favourite was probably the 2020 GTS or Stagg Jr Batch 16. Just picked up a Stagg (not jr) store pick but haven’t tried it yet. 2 days ago my wife and I did a blind with blantons original, gold, EHT small batch, and eagle rare. EHT first, blantons Gold, Blantons, then Eagle Rare. Weird it was so mixed and not both mash bill 1s at the top for me.

Ha. I posted that midway through the video before seeing the results. That’s cool.

The best BT I've had is Stagg Jr. I love the crazy atomic fireball cinnamon, but it's balanced with enough oak not to get overdone. Sampled it twice, most recently this weekend blind, and I really should have been able to call out what it was even for only having tasted it once before just cause of how wild the cinnamon is.

If you like cinnamon than Rare Breed is for you. Think Big Red.

Favorite ever? 2018 WLW based on what we’ve tried, Stagg Jr Batch 16 for tbat next tier down, and Eagle Rare for their more regular offerings. Mashbill 1 > 2 for us, but that said, Buffalo Trace isn’t in our Top 3 distilleries. Too sweet and not spicy enough for us.

Stagg Jr 17 and 15 were amazing.

Sazerac 18 from 2007 / gts from 2016 144 proof I think were the best follow ups , William weller , eh barrel proof , pappy 15 were top anything else is good for retail , biggest let down weller single barrel and cypb for sure

My favorite BT whiskey that I’ve had would have to be a bottle of Pappy that I won in a drawing.

I got to try some Van Winkle 12yr a while ago and was ready to have my mind blown. It wasn't. Weller Full Proof was everything I thought a bottle of Van Winkle would be, maybe I'm basic idk
