Brownie Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups thickened cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup brownies (chopped up into small pieces)
Method:
1. Leave your ice cream tub/bowl in the freezer to chill while you make the ice cream
2. Add thickened cream to a large mixing bowl
3. Use an electric mixer to beat on high speed until stiff peaks form
4. Add condensed milk and cocoa powder
5. Use the beaters to mix the cocoa powder in a little so it doesn’t explode and make a mess
6. Turn the electric mixer on high and beat for another 2 minutes
7. Add the brownies
8. Use a spatula to scrape around the bowl and fold in the brownies
9. Transfer the mixture to your ice cream tub/ bowl
10. Use the spatula to smooth out the ice cream
11. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap
12. Let the ice cream set in the fridge over night
13. Remove the ice cream from the fridge 15 minutes before serving
& enjoy!!
