He sought treatment for Alcohol and pain killer addiction and was in rehab. Now he is recovered from addiction and is clean for two years 😊

I would suspect, with the depth of their love for each other, that Ant didn't tell Dec he was having problems because he didn't want to disappoint Dec or feel like Dec might be ashamed of him. It's silly when you look at their great love for each other, but we all have these feelings some times. We need help, but we don't want to let down those that care about us most. But after they find out, if they truly care, they're still there. I love these 2 so much. i wish more people in the world could have relationships like this, the world would be a happier place.

Agree with you on this one. However, with the depth of their friendship, they should feel like they should be able to tell each other anything, and it wouldn't disappoint either of them. Ant not telling Dec about it has made him the amazing man that he is today, and imagine if Ant did tell Dec, would it have resolved quicker than it did in the long run, or would Ant have just kept it to himself and made the situation worse than it needed to be. Again, Ant has become such an amazing man, even through all that he went through. He did say that he felt that he didn't deserve to win the award in 2019, but I think he deserves it just as much as Dec deserves it because he made it through all of that the year before, and made it out the other end a changed man, with a healthier mindset, that deserves to be celebrated as well. You could see how much it meant to them to win that award, and the audience at BGT all agreed, hence their reaction. Again, totally understandable, their friendship is so deep and touching that it made sense for Ant to feel that way, but I'm so glad that they are both back on the television, and both doing better than ever!

Literally, me watching this, every time I watch Dec getting emotional talking about their friendship and the song that played at his dad's funeral, just does it for me, makes me ball my eyes out because of the raw emotions that they aren't afraid to share. And the fact that they always try to make each other laugh is just the best thing about their friendship, making each other laugh is the best way to keep a friendship alive.

I wish i had a friendship like that.it's quite obvious that everyone jealous of their friendship.❤

I've watched this so many times since it was published but it makes me so happy. I can always rely on Ant and Dec to put a smile on my face! Their friendship is literally friendship goals and it was a very odd experience seeing Dec on his own. I'm so glad they worked it all out - I can imagine there were some very tense moments but I doubt we'll ever truly find out what happened!

I cried but most importantly I laughed, I had the pleasure of meeting them both at the NTA’s this year and I couldn’t believe it when I say they are EXACTLY how they are in the telly I mean it. I also managed to watch there DNA journey with them last November and cried with them and also got to speak to them! this mini movie is the best ant and dec video I’ve ever laid eyes on thank you for what I can only describe as a masterpiece (I also vlogged both the DNA journey - me speaking to them and the NTA’s which will be in my channel soon❤️)

I really love the genuineness between the two of them and their friendship, just thinking about if they didn't get their big break on Byker Grove, meaning they would have never met, just sends shivers down my spine. I have not cried as much as i have during this video in a seriously long time! Just.. Ugh. Wow. I am very truly emotional right now. Especially at the Scene when Dec revealed what hurt him the most. 😭😭😭. That one hit me right in the heart.. Poor Ant and Dec. :( But this video is just so amazingly beautifully done, and it shows the true power of Friendship when you truly care, and love someone as much as these two Lads do for each other. Their friendship is so genuine.. Such an inspiration to all those out there. It goes to show just how strong their bond truly is and how it will remain just as powerful in the many years to come!. To answer your question, I do not have a favorite. Well.. Not true. The whole video was my favorite and i can and will watch it again and again (Probably gonna do that after this comment as this is just so great and the best video i have seen of these two!). Ant and Dec are my favorite Celebrities. They have and will always remain at the top for me because of their friendship, how silly they can be around each other and just everything about them when they are together is.. The best thing i have ever seen in this world. Something that will live on for a long time. They will be remembered for sure. I truly believe that their friendship will last an eternity. Even in death they will remain best mates and care for each other just as they do right here and right now. Death will not stop these two from being together.
