Yes born in queens love easily the most diverse place in nyc from food to anywhere.

Bronx native, and I believe the best borough is Queens tbh. As someone who lived in the Bronx for 18 Years, You did the Bronx pretty accurately. Nowadays it’s not soo dangerous and there’s obvious small pockets that have crime. But as clatt said, be smart and know your neighborhoods and you’ll be fine.

The Best Borough is.... New Jersey.. just kidding.

My 2 favorite boroughs is Manhattan and Queens. Hopefully whenever I hit the jackpot in becoming super filthy rich I'll own one place in Manhattan specifically a town house in either Chelsea or Hell's kitchen. In Queens I would own another place either in Astoria Queens or Flushing Queens

Brooklyn was my favorite borough. I actually stayed in your neighborhood of Williamsburg when I came there around Christmas time. It was fantastic. I loved the 3 I got to see. Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan

Visiting NYC for the 3rd time next month and for the first time we aren’t staying in Manhattan. This time we are staying in Williamsburg and I’m really looking forward to spending more time in Brooklyn.

in my opinion: #5: manhattan (way to many tourist traps and very crowded) #4: the Bronx (very dangerous but home to yankee stadium) #3: Brooklyn (a lot of good food and I am from Brooklyn) #2: Queens (very good for exploring and lots of different cultures) #1: Staten Island (very quiet, peaceful, a lot of parks, and gives you a break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city)

I agree I love Queens, a bit sad I had to move to Long Island. Queens is just core and it's the best!

Queens born and raised, but the part of queens I’m from (Bayside) is just so boring and far away from all the real action of nyc. It doesn’t feel like it’s queens or apart of the largest city in the us. I’m definitely gonna move to Manhattan once I’m done with college in a few years

Depends what you're looking for. For me, living in western queens is the best. Easy to get into Manhattan and not so crazy busy. People have discovered Brooklyn recently, seemingly all of a sudden. But honestly there are a lot of sketchy areas in Brooklyn. A lot of lipstick in a pig. This guy is new to NYC and is still taken with the thrill of the big city. Talk to me in 20 years when you've experienced the whole city, warts and all.

That's a toughie. I like Brooklyn because of Coney Island and the NY Transit Museum, I like Manhattan because of the Revolutionary War sites and Central Park (and the fact that George Washington was inaugurated as the first President in Manhattan), I like Bronx because of the zoo, and I like Queens because of Flushing Meadows (how we welcomed the world to NY during the Worlds Fair in Queens, which led to the introduction of famous Disney rides now in WDW and Disneyland), its diversity, and the Rockaways.

I'm living here for the moment and I think that: Manhattan- is really awesome and it is where the heart of nyc is Brooklyn: is very unique and I would love to explore more of it Queens: you can find the whole world there Bronx: not as dangerous as people think and is actually pretty cool. Staten Island: it is the most American and quiet place it really is the best place if u want to get away from the noise of nyc. My favorite: is manhattan because it is where the soul of nyc is and it has always something to do or see or somwhere you should go.

i was born in indiana but am a huge fan of nyc i wanna visit there so badly it seems epic

i will visit new york next year and stay in Chelsea but i want to see a lot. just now you added flushing to my list because it is a city in holland from a province mu roots are.

You can get to Staten island by bus either in Manhattan by using the express bus or Brooklyn by getting the 79,53,93 in bay ridge. If you have a drivers license try looking into zip cars and you can explore the island better. Also we have the only sonic here in NY and also some pretty decent seafood places along hylan blvd

karen caspi the only mountains that I know of in NY are the Adirondack Mountains, the Catskill Mountains, and part of the Appalachian Mountains....however those are all the way in upstate NY where it’s a bit more countryside vibes, than city vibes. As for beaches, there’s Manhattan Beach, and Coney Island which is in Brooklyn, but the more well known beaches are Jones, Lido, Long and Point Lookout Beach....but those are on Long Island

Queens is the best borough. Especially if you a real New Yorker born and raised. Grew up in Jamaica.Used to go to Jamaica avenue for shopping has almost everything you have to only walk a couples blacks and you’re gonna come out with more then u need.Not to mention the Jamaica colosseum mall

As we turkish people believe in only religions in our own language or in english language, we don't know hebrew or arabic, we pray in turkish or in english in our daily lives. As baptist christian , I admire our book of St James Bible as everything is in english and understood easily. New York is fantastic with lots of ethnic flavor and always with charm and beauty. Many tv serials have been shot in NY city and we are fond of watching them with laughter.

Native of Brooklyn also lived in Manhattan but Queens is and was always my favorite best rent prices vibes woman and culture and food is on par with any borough. But honestly tho all the borough are special and unique even the surrounding area of the city like Westchester county and Long Island there are thingd to do as a tourist

I moved from Queens to Staten Island 19 yrs ago to escape the inner city life. Less crowded, less garbage, quieter and greener. Feels like you are in the suburbs but you have the amenities of a cosmopolitan city at your doorstep.
