Katie love the dice booking game. Anyway you can share the sign with consultants not on your team. I'm not very good on a PC to make my own. Lol.

You have helped me so much! I have hit every mark possible since Sept 24, 2015. I'm a Certified consultant but my goal is Superstar!! I really really want to work at home full time! I'm trying to make that happen in less than a year. A little unrealistic but hey...I set my standards high lol!! Thank you once again.

Great idea. Question though: what do you do if someone took one of the booking beads from your hostess? Do they have to book a 2nd party in order to play this "dice" game? Do they feel jipped because they booked prior to this game? Do you give those people an extra prize?

The booking beads are an incentive for the host. She is rewarded with a small gift if all her beads are taken. So, that has nothing to do with my dice game. The dice game is the incentive for the new hostess. She is given the gift at her party.

So if you get someone to host a party, does Scentsy provide them with their reward, or does it come from the consultant's pocket? Sorry, i'm new.

Scentsy pays for their host rewards for a qualifying party outlined in the catalog. This video is regarding a booking gift from the consultant. This is something I get when the time is right utilizing rewards and packages. I never pay full price for a booking gift. I always get it for at least 50% off.

Sunshine State Super Stars Thanks! When you give out these gifts to the people who book a party, do they have to have a minimum party order or do you just give it to them for booking the party? Also, how do you get the booking gift for 50% off? I think I am going to use this game. It's really creative and I agree that most people will want to book a party if they know they are getting an extra prize in addition to the prizes Scentsy offers.

preci0zmarie I use the extra 1/2 off item, called the perpetual party reward if I do not have someone else it needs to go to. Or I group orders together and make bundles that are beneficial for what I need to order for host gifts. I keep a list in my phone of what I need and for who and when their party is so I can order them when needed. Worst case scenario I can't get a great deal on it some how I put a coupon in their bag and get it somehow with their party. Either the PPR as mentioned above or by bundling. They only get the gift for having a party... well a party is not a party til $150. So thats how I word it! I do not bother throwing around the... you must have a qualified party part. I tell them when coaching "its not a party til we have $150 in orders" But its honestly never really a problem. If they don't have enough from their home party they work to get outside orders.
