The Best Boneless Pork Loin on A Pitboss Austin XL

We took a whole boneless pork loin and seasoned it up and smoked it for 1 hour then put the temperature to 225 and cooked it til it reached an internal temp of 145 degrees and it came out perfect. Thanks for watching and have a great day.

    So once it hit 147 you shut off the smoker and let it rest right in it?

    Making a 9 pounder tomorrow for the first time. Going to do 225 for I'm hoping 2.5 to 3 hours. Hope it turns out like yours.

    I go off internal temp more than time, i probe the thickest part and when it hits 142-143 thats when I pull it and they're phenomenal. Hope it turns out well.

    Just a follow-up...I had 12 very satisfied friends last night. Low and slow and took it off at 155, I can't do med-rare pork, turned out so juicy.
