Definitely the M4/T26. Not as good as the M26 but I honestly do pretty well in it. I wish it was 5.7 for a better lineup though

Japan type 75 SPH is 6.3 with autoloader, so no. Also Russians 2S3M is the same BR. Real question is why its 7.0 like G6....

if they do they will have to give it 8.0 items like NVD and range finder. aint no way they gonna put it up their the way it is with enemys that can laze you and have access to STAB, better ATGM's, darts and thermals. Although if someone can manage this tank at higher br''s then I gues theirs no need to worry

​@@flying_bandit7609yeah fren, no, remember the french medium tanks like Lorraine 40t are 7.7, armed with nothing else but APCBC and autoloader, no good armor, with madiocre mobility, and your faith, and you know what kind of enemies you fight at 7.7? MBTs armed with HEATFS and APDS which the later got fixed recently, ATGMs carriers, and 8.7 uptiers are sure super fun (it is not) this new french arty is gonna get moved to 8.0 for sure gaijin just hates france

If they're going to keep putting vehicles designed for indirect fire in the game then they really need to figure out a way for indirect fire to be a thing. Even just giving arty vehicles an approximate range indicator for scouted vehicles would be a step in the right direction.

make the map bigger so the round fire indirectly can land within the map rather than outside of the combat zone.

there is way too much velocity on most of the artillery vehicles we have in game for it to ever work.

@@silverwolf5643 I dunno about this specific vehicle but they use different charges for different ranges so if they implemented something similar it wouldn't be a problem.

@@fire_drake12.arc.24 if they implemented different charges for different ranges like real artillery that wouldn't be a problem. Plus it would open up the possibility of mortar carriers which are much shorter range.

btw, on the duck kill, you could see he caught fire a second before you shot, then the tail broke off after you shot. something else was firing at it and killed it before your shell reached. edit: at 16:43, you can see the kill feed where he died right as you took the shot.

So this is an objectively better-in-every-way G6 at the same BR. Cool.

those proximity shells are great to shoot the many BMP's, BTR's and equivalent that are hiding behind rocks. just shoot right above them x3

Not anymore since it fuses at the fucking rock since the update…. Big calibre vt is now usless against tanks over 300m. Small calibre vt is untouched though. Doesnt even fuse on tanks.

Stood next to a real Ontos every day for a few years. It is unbelievable how small they actually are. I really kinda want one irl lol

I was told that the HEVT has an arming distance of 300 metres. Meaning that it's actually better than HE for close in ground targets. I really want a mechanic in game that allows us to use something like this in the intended indirect fire role. For example, an aiming icon that remains illuminated when the target can be hit even when there is no direct line of sight. Maybe just giving the binoculars an extra 3 metres of height in realistic.

What is HEVT an acronym for? Wiki says 'Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck'. I haven't played WT in aaaaggeeess, but still enjoy watching others, like oddbawz, playing it with a good degree of skill. Now and again, I hit against an acronym that I just cant work out lol

No you don't want that mechanic, because the minimal range for this thing in indirect fire is bigger than most maps in game. People don't realize that by military standards, WT's maps are tiny for howitzers.

Not related to this vehicle in particular but reminds me of how most nations which received US vehicles in numbers at any point during or after WW2 were like "this roof-mounted .50 cal is pretty damn nice" and kept it in every new vehicle since. Soviet/Russian vehicles have the same thing going but there aren't many post T-series tank designs yet so it's more like the same vehicle the HMG came with.

It’s one of the two types of artillery pieces of French army their is also the Cesar a 155mm canon with a velocity of 1200 meters per seconds (800 for the Auf1) so it can chirurgically snipe people in a 50km shot.

Its so much fun to shoot the inside tracks to overpressure the floor instead of the rpof because instead of weakppints you just have to hit the tracks

I absolutely love the AuF1. I particularly love popping IS6's like tin cans. I usually take about 23 rounds. The result is usually I do not get one shot.
