Kali River Rapids is Molly's Disney Dementor....

I would love to see a series about choices to make across all parks for every age! IE: “the best attractions in Disney World for families with kids under 5” or “the best attractions for an adult-only trip” or “which park should you skip if your kids are under 10?” Or “the best four day trip ever for a family with teens”

We road once when the male Lion did a lot more than roar! Our driver sped away instead of having to discuss the animal planet activities! That’s as PG as I can make it!

Made it onto the background of an AllEars video by getting on Triceratop Spin! Makes our Disney Vacation all the better. Our 4 year old loved riding this one and now is happy she was at “the park with Molly!”.

Saw this episode getting recorded when my family was there for my daughter’s birthday and I totally fan-girled out!! I loved the safari and expedition Everest.

It would suck if you wait 45+ minutes for Na'vi River Journey and you get the B-Mode Shaman..

Molly's hatred for Kali River Rapids is hilarious. I've never ridden it, but I know I'd hate it too. lol

We need to have an auction for charity where you can bid to spend a day at MK with Molly!

Unpopular opinions (maybe?): 1. Kali River Rapids is better than Navi River Journey 2. Flight is NOT worth a long wait. 3. Kilimanjaro Safari’s and Everest are BOTH #1. Don’t make me choose. 😂

I remember wanting to get wet at Kali River Rapids and prepared for it with quick drying clothes (I don't do ponchos) and a pair of slippers. After riding it 5x in a row, I was pretty much disappointed since I remained only slightly wet and not soaked.

Ugh we waited over an hour in horrible heat and barely got splashed. The ride was also really short and low on drops. A definite skip for me next time!

@@botabrat1 Bluto's Barges and Ripsaw Falls in Universal is far better. You're guaranteed to get soaked.

Well, you got unlucky. Everytime I ride it I get real wet, not completely soaked compared to the Universal water rides but sometimes that's a good thing since I don't have to worry about wet shoes all day.

My rankings made by the number of times I try to ride the ride when we are there: 7. Triceratops Spin 0-1 times 6. Na Vi River Journey 1 time 5. Kali River Rapids 2 times 4. Dinosaur 2 times 3. Safari 2 times 2. Flight of Passage 2 times 1. Expedition Everest 4-6 times

I have to agree with Molly. If I was making my list of the top rides in AK, I would put Dinosaur at #3 too. Love that ride

I wish there were more Joe's working for Disney bc the rides would be more than just screens..Rodey was AMAZING at his craft

I get goosebumps thinking about expedition Everest. Probably my favourite coaster anywhere not just Disney.

I agree with your rankings. I went to DAK for my 40th Bday and had the BEST safari I have ever had. We heard the lions roar. Saw animals galloping across the savannah. And had a baby giraffe feet from our truck. It was amazing.

Not gonna lie, when I took my fiance to Disney the first time last year, we rode Triceratops Spin together so it will always hold a special place in my heart.

I agree on the top 4 but I would mix them around. 1. Flight of Passage- this ride was the reason I started coming more often, it’s wow factor was unworldly. 2. Expedition Everest- who doesn’t love a Rollercoaster 3. Dinosaur- thrilling and scary 4. Kilimanjaro Safaris- amazing family ride- bumpy but informative and love the animals. But it being #4 doesn’t mean it is bad. This park is my favorite and the attractions are amazing.

yup am annoyed not going to be able to ride Expedition Everest, but hopefully with it closed overall park crowd will be less. Gonna have to have double helping of desserts to make up for it ;)

The description of FOP as a more thrilling version of Soaring is so accurate. The 1st time I rode FOP I realized the 1st half of the ride is literally a soaring overlay. 😐

Love to go on the Safari ride every time and see the animals!

Molly, I SOOOOOOOOOO agree with you on Kali River Rapids. I've never been on it, but I will NOT go on it. I'm going by myself to the resort the first week of October, and I really hope you'll be roaming the parks; you are just awesome!

I was at animal kingdom today! I’ve been on a hunt to find you my whole trip. Going home now though unfortunately

We were in Disney this recent November, my husband was totally recked by Flights of Passage as in needed to lay down for an hour after the ride and didn’t ride anything for the rest of the day. I loved it, I had a little motion sickness moments but nothing like him.

Just stopping by to make sure Kilamanjaro Safari was #1 and was not disappointed. I remember being on this ride and our guide turned on some music, animals were everywhere and I was literally in tears at the beauty of the moment.

Flight of Passage and Kilamanjaro Safari are basically tied for first for me. I love seeing all of the animals on the safari. FOP, however is the most amazing ride I've ever been on. The sensation of flight on the back of a breathing banshee is incredible. I had an open mouthed grin on my face the entire time. It is a huge priority for me.

My family just went and of course our animal kingdom reservation was a day or so after the shut down for Everest’s maintenance :( we for sure missed that ride a lot! But I did inform my family about the tubes in the Dinosaur queue because I’ve heard Molly mention it so many times!

Primeval Whirl may you rest in piece 🦖🪦🦕 You we’re a wonderful ride that brought many smiles and giggles to my family and I loved that all 4 of us could enjoy you together. My your legacy be left with more then stroller parking and seating 🤞🤞

I like water rides, and think KRR is fun although I wish it were themed better. I think it’s more entertaining than Navi River Journey.

Need a chiropractic adjustment? Dinosaur is your ride. Haha! My 4 year old was scared but now she talks about riding it again whenever we get to go back. Same with Tower of Terror. She was scared, but these 2 are the ones she talk about the most besides Slinky Dog Dash. My oldest (10 yr old) loved them all. Haha!

Love your videos. I do wish when you put pop-ups on the screen you could leave them on the screen for a bit longer. I'm not a very fast reader and can't always catch them. This is especially an issue for me on RTT.

Went to Disney in August 2021 and did not get to do the safari. It was the ONE thing I really wanted to do. Now planning a trip this fall and it will be the FIRST ride i go on.

One of the times I went to Disney (I think the last since the pandemic), we rode kilomagaro safaris 2 times 1 in the morning, and we saw the lions (even the male lions on the top rock and I think I rememberit roaring to), and then we went again cause we had a fast pass (gonna miss them 😔) for another ride after it (I think we were killing time before it), but we didn't see the male lions but did see the female lions again though. And kilomajaro is my favorite ride in animal kingdom

I am wondering how possible it is to hit up Flight, River, and Safari quickly in the mornings in that order with a very little wait. We had a lot of success Rope Dropping Flight but then went back to the entrance to greet the rest of our party. So when we go back...I am hoping to knock out these three in the AM right away. Also...we love you, Molly!

I don't care what Molly says or what anybody else says, Kali River Rapids is my favorite AK ride.

Expedition Everest is my all time favorite Animal Kingdom ride, followed by Dinosaur

We went to Animal Kingdom in February 2021 & my mom rode Expedition Everest 3 times with a wait time of only 15 minutes!

It’s tough to be a bug was left out. Lol!

Kali River Rapids is the only ride in WDW that I’ve never been on. I, too, despise getting wet (I’ll sacrifice *sometimes* for Splash Mtn) but I don’t feel like I’m missing anything by not riding Kali River Rapids!! 😋

It's funny that the McDonald's branding would include mayo when they only put mayo on like 1 or 2 things.

Unfortunately I’ve never been to Disney World. I’m most looking forward to Expedition Everest.

Anyone who is even slightly overweight or got some junk in the trunk should absolutely use the test seat at Flight of Passage. I didn’t fit, thank goodness I knew about the test seat, I would have been upset if I waited all the time in that long line and couldn’t fit :(

Remembering the ride now I find Kali River rapids rather uneventful and kind of bland. The Na'vi river journey is...so relaxing its crazy. Dinosaur was THE scariest ride in Disney for me as a kid.

Every time I’ve ridden kali river rapids I’ve never gotten more than a few sprinkles of water. I think it’s pretty boring.

What's your family's favorite animal to spot on the Safari?

I understand this is a rides list but if we are talking about must dos, then I think shows must be included! People do not want to miss the Lion King show, especially with the tumble monkeys!!

My AK attraction ranking! I added where the shows go as it's easier for me, but walkthrough animal encounters are not on here. (Dead last: It's Tough to Be a Bug. My friend said it creeped her out and she won't go on again. I read up on it and eeew no, not touching that) Last-ranked ride and second to last attraction: Kali River Rapids. Not for me. We don't ride. #9 Triceratop Spin, it's fun for kids but it's the generic spinner #8 The train to Rafiki's and the Animation Academy, I count that as a ride and where it takes you to is cool, but it's a train and it doesn't hold a candle to the experiential rides and big shows (#7 Nemo the Musical, I love it but there are better attractions and Festival/TLK is the better show for me) #6 Navi River Journey, it's awesome but there are better rides and attractions here (#5 Festival of the Lion King, the performers are so talented and I'm very partial to TLK songs) #4 DINOSAUR, it's super fun and unique as a "scary-ish" Disney dark ride #3 Kilimanjaro Safaris, it's so much fun to watch the animals; what you see kinda depends on your timing but we've always done well having that as first attraction of the day, animals are v active! #2 Expedition Everest, such a fun thrill and a classic... and it was somehow very easy to get on multiple times in a row with little to no wait in my last trip! #1 is Flight of Passage!!! Favorite WDW ride overall, nothing tops it for me, it's just breathtaking and I love the feeling of flying! Back to back Flight of Passage at the end of the day is just amazing and the lines are short then 🙌 I respect your opinion, IK simulators aren't for everyone but it's way better than Everest for me. I wish the seat was more accommodating for guests of all sizes and abilities though.

This is exactly the order I would rank these rides; except I like Molly would put Kali River Rapids in last place!

I liked Primieval Whirl better than the Safari. The last thing they need to do at the half day park is get rid of more attractions and not replace them.

Pretty sure this is the day we saw Molly in the wild at Animal Kingdom. We rode Kali River Rapids and half of our boat got DRENCHED. I loved it, but I'm one of those weirdos who likes water rides.

Wait... there are rides with restrooms mid through?! I need to know all of the ones with one! Waiting for an hour plus ain’t no joke!

Triceratops Spin was my 2 years olds first ride at Disney World last September. He was so scared, but after 1 ride he was hooked. 🥰 I agree with the ranking except around 3, 2 & 1. Those are really a toss up for me. You can't go wrong riding any of the top 3. All are a must do when visiting Animal Kingdom!

I am not mad at the top 3, honestly my list is that same as Molly’s because I Love Dinosaur! Not because I don’t realize how amazing Flight of Passage is, it is amazing and we love it, but like the reasons Molly says, it does make me motion sick and I prefer moving rollercoasters…. But really the top 4 are all amazing and can you really feel bad about any order these are ranked?!?!? This is why Animal Kingdom is the best park!

Kali River Rapids should be dead last. I’m with you about water rides, Molly! I’ve lucked out with this one though. Every time people I’ve been with wanted to ride it (while I was the lone person who didn’t want to), the ride either was closed or broken down. I will be OK with my life’s path if I never ride this ever in my life.

It's a small world will always be the worst ride of any Disney parks ride. Wet or not you dry off faster than it takes to get through that cursed ride. lol
