With how things are expanding now I wouldn’t be surprised to see Korean, Japanese, and Peruvian represented. But definitely still African cuisine especially is super underrepresented. Okay Imma give y’all a good tip if you actually wanna try making Indian food- always start with some oil and when it’s hot, toss in jeera seeds (not sure what that is in English). Then you wanna use gigi paste (ginger garlic paste)- you can make your own by blending up ginger and garlic) or buy some at your local Indian store. And now you have a good base for something authentic! Also if you find Indian food spicy here’s a STUNNING recipe for the ultimate spice abatement tool- my own Cucumber Raita! Take 3-4 heaping tablespoons of whole milk yoghurt (or Dahi). Freshly grate Persian or normal cucumber (after peeling it!) and mix your cucumber with your yoghurt. Don’t worry about the water from the cucumber bc that’s will loosen up the yoghurt. Add a little black pepper and a little salt (to taste)- optionally some people like to add a chopped chili but as someone who has been victim to a bite full of chilis, you can avoid chili your first time. And there you go- best Raita ever!

The look of dismay on Gordon's face when he saw Dave's face. Priceless. He still won though.

I love how somehow the people that don’t have any idea how to actually cook that food end up having the best one😂

There's irrefutable rules when it comes to food You could have a Michelin star chef versus a guy in a truck and the guy in the truck will make the better Mexican food every time The dirtier the Chinese restaurant the better the food I'm talking photos from 1993 that look like blown up Polaroids Like it or not the best hot dogs are gas station hot dogs that were rolling around on the roller for an entire day

Kevin keeps tasting the food and putting the spoon back into stir. I’m shocked Ramsey wasn’t yelling at him.
