4:58 no extra laces with Palominos don’t bother me. But if I had to choose…. EASY! I choose the UNC Toes. However it is a seasonal thing. Palominos for Fall-Winter, and UNCs for Spring-Summer. I got the Palomino AJ1 Mids with those purple lavender hits, I got the Palomino 3s, now I need those Highs.

Palominos for me, i mean like 100% it goes with any fit

I see these as both equal, based on the time of year wearing them and vibe you're trying going with...but if I had to pick one to choose on any given day it'd be the Palominos and its because of the color-blocking AND the color-way. Both those working together simply give excitement to a silhouette we've now all seen 100s of times already.

Palominos! paid a little over retail after I heard they’re somewhat limited. I have terrible luck getting a W. I wear my shoes and the suede toe box doesn’t really crease like the leather ones.

Palomino 1’s are easier to match with. For that reason, I’d say they are the AJ1 of the year. UNC 1’s are clean, but I’m not a UNC fan

Facts. The white leather panels are my favorite of any Jordan 1 High this year. That grey suede goes with just about anything. I rock them with creme colored laces and it really gives them a clean look.

I’m gonna go UNC the white makes the colors mesh great. The Palominos are nice but having 2 dark colors together in that bred color blocking just doesn’t intrigue me. The shoe is just too dark. Now the Mochas was a perfect mesh of colors Palominos not so much

Both are nice, but the Air Jordan 1 of the year should be the high OG 85 cut black and white (pandas). Those should have been the “lost and found” of ‘23 IMO ☝🏾 ETA: was typing this when you gave an honorable mention to the black and whites.

@@thisIsAnAlt-cv9oj the Black and White AJ1s are an OG colorway on an original ‘85 cut silhouette, which features a more vertical rear ankle support that’s true to the OG design. Color-wise the UNC Toe might be more interesting but the Black and White deserves mad respect for being an OG. I think it deserves to be up there with the Chicagos, Breds, and Black Toes if I’m being honest ☝🏾

Wtf UNC Toe is the obvious choice. The color blocking is clean, unique but not tacky, and just gorgeous without too much blue. The palominos look too dull and cheap imo.
