I read the Stephen King book the movie was based on before I saw the movie; the way that he handled that "reveal" in the book is different than how they handled it in the movie. When getting to that point in the book, the scene is incredibly powerful - this is Stephen King, after all. But whoever made the choice to actually SHOW the guy admitting what he'd done was BRILLIANT. It's a visual medium, so the choice to "let" us actually see the guy admitting it, instead of hearing it as a second hand story from the guy he said it to, was perfect. Only over a minute, but you can see that he knew it's the most important, powerful moment, and played it perfectly.

Robin Wiliams one of the most gifted actors we will ever see in history
Billy Bob Thornton in Sling Blade was an amazing portrayal of acting variety. The entire movie was amazing. He really shows the mentality of someone with that mentality.

Yeah, great film!
A great way to feel how their character feels, try to be in that mindset. Repeat them word for word, emotion for emotion. Your brain will tell you just how amazing it is, to be able to cry your eyes out, even without meaning. [I am very high rn, so in case this sounds like lunatic talk now, then we all know haha]
Tom Hardy s one was impressive, I think the 1.5hrs was done in one take and he remembered everything
Props to all the actors and actresses in this
