I’ve been trying different ammo but I don’t have any way to gel test them. I only use the range and they all feel about the same for recoil but accuracy isn’t quite the same. I use a 3.25” and 4.25” barrel on two different S&W models. The full size M&P am the Shield Plus performance center. I bought some hornady American gunner 124+p,freedom munitions 124+p and 135+p,federal HST 124 +P. I’ve tried other brands but they weren’t as accurate and felt much lighter with recoil. Fiochi wasn’t to bad but sellier Belott was terrible. Federal HST was the best.

Want a round with FULL expansion, go with Liberty ammo. Either the 50 or 90 grain hollow points. The 90 gr. Are rated at 1720 fps the 50 at over 2000 fps. They won’t disappoint.

I see you like Winchester I myself really like Winchester even the old red and white box I never tried the black box cowboy loads I will be looking for them next ammo pickup. I just want to say you do a great job recording with one hand and doing other things like shooting with the other it's not easy. Love the videos keep popping jugs and collecting data it's a good way to stay out the way and keep away from the trouble makers because you know the law hates us having firearms and would love to take that write from us.

Great video on Great Defensive Ammo. I have a SHIELD PLUS and I colorfully the engravings on mine in white aswell. Looks nice. I have carried the HST'S 124gr for 4 years. No need to change. Again. Excellent video.

Really nice ammo collection, and great to see the expanded bullets. My 2 go-tos are hst 124+p and gold dot 124+p but these are all awesome, surprised the 147s expanded that good in a 3.1”. Thanks for the thorough video, like the detail

HST pulls off what most others can't. Always expands nicely in most calibers, grain weights, and barrel lengths.

The Winchester defender and the Ranger t series both have trouble with heavy clothing! They plugged with cloth in Tools & Targets test. Federal hst +p 124 gr are my carry round. Great performance 👍🏻

Silver tips have huge expansion. Might not be the best penetrator but I'm a expansion guy
