@@Kunduz-me9oq я видела,как готовят в платке и фартуке,но посуда грязная,налет жира. Для меня чистая отдраенная посуда важнее.
라면보다 국수를 너무 사랑하는 사람으로 이른 아침 너무 군침돌아 비빔국수에 만두를 먹을 예정입니다 ㅎㅎ

Its steamed bean sprouts, fried tofu, yellow pickled radish topped with marinated chive leaves. You can find them at asian supermarkets for cheap🙋

They boil the noodles and immediately put them and wash in cold water so that the noodles keep the solid texture while it is cooked.

it seems she puts sugar in. white broth is called Kong guk mul which is made out of white beans. you boil the white beans and grind them afterwards. Find Kong guksoo recipe on KZread ^^
