Thanks for your review. My family really likes this hotel and we always stay here when we need to transit out of Narita. The 24 hour Lawsons in the lobby is the best feature. The free shuttle to Narita station and AEON Mall is a plus if you have the time but it’ll take about an hour. If you have a group it’ll probably be better to take a taxi because it’s about $25 with the weak yen and only takes 15 minutes. Finally, if you want to rent a car, it’s really easy because Toyota Rent a Car is one block away and parking at the hotel is only 500 yen a day. Last time we rented a car and drove onto Umihotaru and then went shopping at the Costco in Chiba. That Costco is 2 floors of shopping and it’s HUGE. That’s the best place to buy omiyage.

Can you leave your bags with the bell hop for multiple days if you are no longer staying at the hotel? I'd like to leave some of my bags behind so I can travel throughout Tokyo.

I'm not sure about the duration they will hold your bag. Most hotels will hold your bag for the day until you return to pick them up on your way to the airport.

It was a standard with Queen sized bed.
