This was PURE hoops at its finest. Not one complaint, just straight basketball & I loved every second of this matchup... SO FAR this is the best 1v1 of the season without a doubt.

Rod is the definition of a tough shot maker, he has really good ball control and his balance is excellent on pull-ups , turnarounds and layups…. Dude is a bucket

No seriously I was rooting for Dalton a little but then I found myself leaning towards rod and it was just going back and forth but both of them continued to impress me!!

This 1 on 1 was absolutely beautiful to watch. Two pros going at each other with great fundamentals, great shot selection, pivot work, just the whole package. Rod is a dog and is one of my favorite players and Dalton is a fierce competitor. 21-20 you can’t ask for a better game. This 1v1 shows that stamina and mental fortitude are one of the most important things in basketball. Just a work of art man. I’m excited for the next 1v1. Don’t count out Kyree in this next one he might have the most dog in the gym. Great work TNC!!!

Freaking loved the humble beast showdown. Actions over words. These guys were locked in from first ball, no whining, no talking at the sides, went to war and then went home. True pro focus right there. The biggest challenge is low key these annoying ass people all around them. But they locked in and both went into the zone.

I feel you bro. Last 2 seasons had fans in the crowd interrupt the event and create unsafe situations which made us have to cancel the next day or end an event early. It’s out of our control when fans get into it with eachother. We staff security and remove them but it always becomes something weird. This season is actually outperforming any season and the overall feedback is this is the majorities favorite season yet. The live audience is definitely something we love having though. But it cost us a lot financially because people don’t know how to act and ruin things 😅

Some of the best 1v1s y’all got that I could think off the top of my head are Terry vs Moon, Qel vs Rob, and Qel vs Kam. But this one right here is right up there with all of those and might even be better. Not sure if everyone would agree but both of them played great defense and didn’t need any time to figure each other out. They knew exactly how they wanted to defend each other but they were just that much better offensively where they were able to capitalize on any slight mistake. So many tough buckets in this one. Might have to rewatch this 5 more times 😂.

What a game, enjoyed every minute of it. Straight hooping, no extra stuff.
