Thank you for doing this one Zoe. I always used to walk loads andxws always known for walking so fast people couldn't believe I'd got round the shops and back in my lunchbreak. Now I struggle because of my hips and my back behind ribs. I'd love to be able to walk further again, maybe I need to think about aids to use at times to help.

Hi Mandy, you're welcome, I hope it was helpful. It sounds like it may be worth considering. Here's the previous live we did about mobility aids: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k3-rzbqKaMStl5s.html I'm always happy to have a chat, if that would be helpful zoe@nass.co.uk ~Zoë

Thank you! There are risks to weight training, but there are lots of benefits, so it's about finding the right way for you. It's worth speaking to a physiotherapist or your rheumatologist first, particularly if you have any fusions. This video gives a bit more info: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qWeuqM-dia-4ctY.html ~Zoë

Hi, they can be, depending on your level of mobility and if you have any issues in your shoulders or hips. If you're able to, it's worth speaking to a physiotherapist or your rheumatologist. If you did try it, as with any new activity, we'd recommend starting with a small amount and then building up. I hope that's helpful ~Zoë
