My heart is comforted to think Jesus will be back soon. The last week a dear sister in Christ was taken home to glory and I just weep for her nine children she left behind. My life has been deeply rooted here, on earthly things and so I now remember that we’re not promised tomorrow! I want to be ready and not caught without oil in my lamp.

Hi sister Aggie, that is a good choice, to 'fill your lamp with oil'. Since you didn't mention anymore about the nine children of the dear sister that was taken home, I just wonder has your or her congregation organised a tight scheme for the children's care, if their father is still around, with his approval and cooperation ? To fill up your oil container is also done with good deeds, not only scripture readings. God bless you when sharing time and means in love.

And our Lord also told us that same message, "From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, REPENT: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."(Matthew 4:17) It is a turning from sin and turning to God then salvation through His Son Jesus! Our previous state of mind has been reversed, I guess you could say back to Adam and Eve before they chose to defy God. Thank You, Jesus!

@@mitchellc4 Yes, He did say He is God. John 8:58 "most assuredly I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM". And that's why they did John 8:59 to Jesus; they picked up stones to kill Him because they understood what He (Jesus) had just said to them, that He is God. I AM is one of the names by which God calls Himself.

Read carefully the gospel of John, whose MAIN PURPOSE in writing was to show that JESUS IS GOD, and that believing you may have life in His name. John 20:31 Jesus said often, "I and My Father are one." He said, "He who has seen Me has seen the Father." John 14:9 Read Colossians, read Hebrews chapter one, and the first letter of John. It's very, very evident if you know what to look for. "The Word," is one title given to Jesus. "I AM," the name which God told Moses, Jesus used for Himself. John 8:58 Even the Old Testament - Isaiah 9:6, "For unto us a Son is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder. Jesus is the God of Old Testament. Jesus himself said, He was before Abraham was born. Jews were trying to kill him because He is implying He is God of Old Testament. "I am" as he spoken to Moses. John 8:56-59 56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. 57 Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham? 58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. 59 Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by. Jesus also said He is the Lord of the Sabbath day. 7th day Sabbath was created in Genesis 2:2-3 and reiterated in Exodus 16 and 20 (in Ten Commandments). John 14:15 If ye love me keep my commandments.

Go back and read John's gospel more carefully, looking for statements such as; "The Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD," and "Before Abraham was, I AM," and, "He who has SEEN ME has SEEN the FATHER," and 'Therefore the Jews sought all the more to kill Him, because... HE SAID that GOD was HIS FATHER, making Himself EQUAL WITH GOD,' and "For a good work we do not stone You, but... because YOU, being a man, MAKE YOURSELF GOD," and, Isaiah 9:6; 'His name shall be called...MIGHTY GOD.'

Lord God, You know me so well, and you know what's in my heart. I can always trust your judgment. Thank you. I'm so tired but I'm still alive so I have to run still until the day of redemption. I'm so looking forward to seeing You in my glorified body.

I think we should be interested in end times teachings for a huge huge reason, we are living during those times now.

@@mitchellc4 I have prayed for you, Mitchell. Jesus is God. He is not the Father. He is The Son. And He is the only way to the Father. Jesus Himself is Life. Jesus is Truth. No one can come to the Son unless the Father draws him. The Father is drawing you. He wants no one to die in their sin. It is a boost to the ego to be on the side of an issue that is controversial. Our pride enjoys being different and rocking the boat. But the Bible makes it clear who Jesus is. If Jesus is not God in the flesh, then there is no redemption for the sins of the world - your sins and my sins. And therefore there is no life after death in God's Kingdom, but a future of torment in hell. Please swallow your pride. Repent of your sins and call on the Name of The Lord. You will then be saved. If you are convinced that Jesus is not God, then make a sincere study of the Bible. Seek God with your entire heart. God has promised to make Himself real to you, including who Jesus Christ truly is. "He who has The Son has Life. He who has NOT The Son has NOT Life, but the wrath of God abides on Him." This subject is nothing to take lightly. Your soul depends on it.

@@mitchellc4 I know the Bible. It looks like you do, too. Be honorable and quote the verses that confirm Christ's deity. You lose credibility by not knowing the opposing argument's evidence. I will assume you are not purposely avoiding these verses. But maybe you should re-read my previous comment. "No one can come to the Son unless The Father draws him." God The Father is drawing you to His Son in order to save your soul. Please be reconciled to God through faith in His Son Jesus Christ.

Doctrines of demons (or devils) are designed to DRAW people AWAY from the GOSPEL and devotion to Christ. Doctrines about who Christ is, the atonement, the Trinity, etc., THOSE are the doctrines that demons attack and spread false teachings about. Not God's timetable of end time events. You need to stop majoring on minors and get into the scriptures.

You can be saved while being MISTAKEN about God's TIMETABLE. You can't be saved by BELIEVING the WRONG THING about who CHRIST is and what He did by dying for you. Major on the MAJORS and leave the MINORS alone. They neither save nor prevent salvation.

Get your theology straight before making a fool of yourself. Scripture is FULL of statements about the DEITY of Christ. You must have missed them. Misunderstanding God's timetable is NOT a DOCTRINE, much less a doctrine of demons (devils). People have different interpretations of Revelation, obviously some are going to be wrong. But it won't stop them from being raptured when Jesus comes for us. Stop majoring on minors and get into the Word yourself 😊👍👍

@@narrowwaytolife4525 Don't be so melodramatic!!! You may believe that the rapture will not happen until after the tribulation, but a belief to the contrary is NOT a doctrine of demons!! (Or devils) A doctrine of demons is one that leads people AWAY FROM the GOSPEL and from pure devotion to Christ. Some false teachings -- that you need to work for your salvation; that since you are not under law but under grace it doesn't matter if you live in sin; that Jesus didn't physically rise from the dead, it was a spiritual resurrection -- THOSE are doctrines of demons, doctrines that AFFECT SALVATION. ESCHATOLOGY doesn't affect our salvation. We can be saved while being MISTAKEN about God's TIMETABLE. But we can't be saved while being mistaken about CHRIST'S DEATH and RESURRECTION or about the necessity of BELIEVING and clinging to HIM for salvation. Major on the MAJORS, and leave the MINORS alone. They are NOT ESSENTIAL to salvation.

Not man and no doctrine. Stop fighting amongst yourself, Our Lord loves us and he has given us his precious Holy Spirit..is that not ENOUGH FOR YOU? Why this fighting amongst yourselves? Why does it matter when he comes for his church...Are you still net setting your eyes and ears and heart on the things in the Heavens. Love Love Love...that's from God. If you preach that then we are spiritually connected. Anything else is not from our Saviour Jesus Christ.

I needed to hear this message. I have been struggling and this has helped me.

The gospel is the GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM! Repent and believe the gospel! Follow Jesus’ teachings! Jesus is going to return and set up the kingdom of God ON THE EARTH! God’s government ON THE EARTH! The Messiah will resurrect his people! The destiny of the Messiah and his people is to be ON THE EARTH! The renewed restored earth! God also dwelling with them! Rev 21 Jesus said the Father is the only true God! John 17 3 And this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent. RSV Only-monos God-theos Monos theos Monotheism The Father Jesus is the one sent by the true God (the Father)! Jesus never claimed to be God, Jesus said he has a God! Jesus has a God! Jesus died! God can’t die! God raised Jesus from the dead!

Question , The Rapture is followed by the judgement for the believers according to this lecture and as far as I understood from my learnings there is only one final judgement day for all , believer or non - believer . If Rapture is followed by the Great Tribulation then judgement for all has to be after the 7 yrs of tribulation right ?

How's that we r taken up during the rapture and then we come down on earth with Christ after the tribulation for a melinium kingdom of Christ and then we will be judge finally. Don't understand that we are taken up during the rapture but are still not save becoz the final judgement is coming?

Jay Jay Rapture first Rewards in heaven 2nd You have a new glorified body just like Jesus and stay with Him forever .... You are with Jesus when He comes down to earth 7 years later and sorts out the Antichrist and His hoards! Then millennium starts where you will reign with Christ for a Thousand years ...

You conveniently leave out the great falling away and the fact that the man of sin must be revealed before the return of Christ as in 2 Thessalonians 2:4 states..

Jesus appearing in the clouds is the rapture. The 2nd coming of Jesus is different...that's when we return WITH him

Do not be deceived. Doctrine of devil's = rapture before the tribulation. All those are living in Christ shall go through tribulation.
