Some really nicely done spaces however the black and white theme makes my eyes roll.
I love the coffee table! Looks like a multi-generational, cozy household.
Finally a house that is beautiful inside and out. Mostly all the attractive ones from the outside, have that horrendous granny panty decorated interior 💀.

This was once known as the spelling manor. Look it up! The decor was so outdated & awful. Now it looks stunning after they completely renovated the place.

@@chrisperez2055 Was this the Spelling Manor? I thought that one had 90 rooms (or at least that's what I recall being said around the time Aaron Spelling passed away.) This is large but doesn't seem nearly as large as I thought the Spelling manor was.

This one does have a bit more personality, character and touches of natural warmth. It's light years ahead of the rest of the houses on the market... Pretty much all the same. Classical elements mixed with contemporary... Very nice.

Fire pit is new, so is the blue paint in the bedrooms but apart from that it's essentially the same house as 3 years ago when it was last sold. Particularly nice interior pans you did there. I must admit I always liked this house particularly the dual masters and the golf course views.

As always, one of your biggest fans. What lens are you using for filming? I'm using my Sigma 10-20 mm but it's not that great for focus in video.
The exterior doesn't look like the open style Bel Air mansions but the interior is far superior and very homely.

The house reeks of masonic symbolism. Checkered floor, all the black and white, a pyramid in the middle of the living room etc. etc. Very stylish though. Probably spooky as fuck at night by yourself. I would have to have my entire family live there!!
