So good except you missed the very important eye protection! Court shoes and eye protection are the two biggest things many new people don’t know about.

Why is it important to call the server number if you only score on the serve ?

Where did the name of this sport originate from? I ve been playing a couple of months now. The name still sounds silly. Like anything , over time I’ll get use to the name. Thanks.

There are conflicting stories. One is Pickles the dog and the other is the Pickleball Boats, a type of boat in crew racing. But agreed, it's an interesting name for sure.
