Hey sweet girl - it's the Bee Gees pronounced "Jeez". They were huge in the 1970's, almist as huge as Michael Jackson was in the 1980's and beyond, well not quite to that level, but they were like one of the top supergroups of that era, if not the top. Glad that you like them! But I think everyone would rather you pronounce their name right, including them!! 😊😊😊 good job hosting and you have a lovely smile girl!!

Barry Gibb (the lead singer) also wrote for his young brother, Andy Gibb (he was NOT part of the trio of the Bee Gees) Andy Gibb's hits were: 'SHADOW DANCING', and 'I JUST WANNA BE YOUR EVERYTHING' and 'EVERLASTING LOVE' . Barry Gibb was indeed a true musical genius. We, older generation, love that you love their music!

Great reaction! Please watch the 1977 classic Saturday Night Fever with John Travolta. This movie was huge at the time and features mostly Bee Gees songs though it isn't a musical. It was THE Disco movie of that era. Other great Bee Gees songs are Fanny Be Tender, Night Fever, Lonely Days, To Love Somebody, I've Gotta Get a Message to You, How Deep Is Your Love, Too Much Heaven, You Should Be Dancing, Massachusetts, Tragedy, Jive Talkin', I Started A Joke and How Can You Mend A Broken Heart as well as Heartbreaker which Dionne Warwick did a great cover of.

Bee Gees (Jeez 😅) are pretty much the kings of Disco hits. These are some serious groove-able songs from them: Jive Talkin', You Should be Dancing, Nights on Broadway, Tragedy, Night Fever. Definite must-listens 🔥🔥🔥😎 Barry Gibb is the last remaining Bee Gee. He's the one who does all the falsetto voices in these songs. His brothers have sadly passed on along the way (Younger brother Robin died in 2012 from cancer, and his twin brother Maurice died in 2003 of complications from a twisted intestine issue.)

hi Livy, the Bee Gees were big in the clubs back in the day. There are actually four brothers but Andy Gibb (youngest) went solo during the 80's. check out his song "Shadow Dancing" from the disco days. Unfortunately all the brothers have since died with the exception of Barry Gibb .

Dear Miss Livy, the Bee Gees work that you like is called Disco from 1970's. They came out in the mid-60s with a totally different sound. If you want to do one of their earliest hits would you please react to the song called Lonely days from 1967. I'm dating myself but I was an 11 year old little boy at the time. It was very powerful to me I would be deeply honored if you reacted to it. Videos did not exist in that time frame so what I would suggest is that you go with the lyric video. Hey - you mentioned few times you wished someone had written a song for you... so maybe you could react to an Elton John’s song called ‘Your Song’ It is really a great one. It was written by a young man - 17 y.o or so, it is a bit naive but it’s like the guy had no money so he could not get anything for a girl, instead he wrote a song that should could always tell it is hers . Also as I am a HUGE Guns n’ Roses fan and I started to listen to your channel due to reactions you made I want to bring one story. Long time ago Axl Rose was driving a car with his friend - Michelle Young and suddenly ‘Your Song’ by Elton John started playing on a radio. She siad she wished someone had written a song for her. That inspired Axl to write a song called 'My Michelle’ that is on Appetite For Destruction record. He wanted to write a ballad but he knew Michelle as an insane, crazy girl so he wrote something that reflected more of her nature. It Is Great. Big Greetings and Keep doing videos guys.
