So in case you read this. Could you imagine a "Beauty of Featurette" on movie DVD/Blu-Ray/Digital releases alongside their behind the scenes and special features? Wheels churning in the brain. I think its possible.

Three Colors: Red is a masterpiece, what a way to finish a career for Kieślowski
That trilogy is possibly one of the highest achievements in cinema history. I know Kieslowski is widely recognized as one of the greatest auteurs of all time and yet, I still keep thinking his work is underrated.

i remember last year, i was only just getting into movies and I was on mubi and decided to give this trilogy a go, and I thought it was one of the best things I've seen (Red is my second favourite movie ever), and I kept thinking "Wow, this is amazing, how does no one know about this?" and then i found out that not only did so many people know it, but it's basically essential viewing, i fucking love these movies so much

Red is my favorite.
These three are all equally good, but I think the blue was really the best one for me, it made me feel so empathetic for the characters.

If I had to rank it’d be Red, White, and Blue.
One of the best trilogies of all time. Glad I could watch them on a local cinema, it really added to the experience.
A year ago, the second I finished watching this video, tears had filled my eyes and immediately I heard a phone call, My career as an actor started at the exact moment I watched this masterpiece. This was pure magic, thanks The Beauty Of, You've made one of the greatest moments of my life.

Honestly the greatest trilogy ever made
Just finish Red to complete the trilogy and wow. Incredible film to top off a really superb trilogy and also Kieślowski’s career!
Have watched this video lots of times, it really captures the feelings I had while watching this great trilogy, which is my favorite by the way. Truly amazing!

I'm glad you did this as one "beauty" for Kieslowski. Great job - you got that sugar-cube/coffee moment! I could've seen choosing "Double Life of Veronique," but how could you do edit that? Any 3-minute segment chosen at random would've been fine just as it is.

I like the way Sławomir Idziak uses the green color in his movies But he also did a great job on a movie that centers around the blue color

If you like art house films and are in for the mood. I liked Blue and Red, while White was plain unnerving to me. Your impression may vary wildly, as these movies are largely about what you see in them.

Yes. Each of the Three Colours films stands alone very easily. But there are recurrences in White and Red that mean more if you see them all in order, which is what I would recommend.

Where you can download the films in highquality to import in premiere, final cut etc (some software editing) unless mkv format? Its imposible import MKV, where do you downloads this films in this quality to import? It helps me so much

Once you downloaded them (in .mkv or whatever), just extract the parts you want to use, with VLC for example. Then it's gonna be in the right format for your editing software

I think that Red is the easiest one, White the toughest. However, no point in forcing yourself. It's fine if you don't like a certain style of films.

The three movies aren't related by their plot, only vaguely by themes and by the narrative style. There's a fair bit of pain and regret in each of them, but also some form of redemption in the end.
