I like your view on all-black fits. It reminds me of a desing professor I hade, who said "Good design is easy to read". If every piece of the outfit is the same color, it gets hard to read. So, unless you can make a very interesting silhouette, all-black becomes boring

dope vid (style is very subjective at the end of the day)-- but in the section at 1:58, i think the left outfit would a be a bit better w/ black/dark grey shoes. I think high contrast can definitely be cool, but it's hard to have other colors going on, especially if they aren't contrasting the same amounts.

Finally someone said it. All black is so 2015, it's just way too boring. I find that, for men specificly, they should try and cut down on black items a little bit, just because a man's wardrobe, generally speaking, gravitated towards dark colors and dark hues. So, in that case, I find preferable to find alternatives to black because it's not an added value to a clothing item the fact that it's dark. For instance, navy has that hint of color that can make it more versatile than black, and the grey scale I believe allows more freedom when it comes to both pattern and texture. You can totally wear dark outfits, but by not sticking to just black, you can have more interesting and more tasteful results
