The Beautiful Tragedy Of A Legend: Zyzz
Ойын-сауық
When Zyzz and Chestbrah began their fitness journey at the age of 17, they could have had no idea where it would take their life. By uploading videos to the internet of their workouts, life and physique, ZYZZ and Chestbrah stumbled into fame. Although, with it would come an array of downsides that would turn much of this fame into a negative.
This is, The Beautiful Tragedy Of A Legend: Zyzz.
Thank you guys for watching, like and sub if you enjoyed, SunnyV2 XO ❤
Also, the idea for this video was inspired by "Josh Brett" who posted a video on a similar topic in October 2021 titled "The Legend of ZYZZ" You can watch his version here - • The Legend of ZYZZ

By the time he died I was 11 years old but I think I still remember him, his name, his face. What an interesting career and live though. From the unrecognized skinny boy to an famous, good looking athlete. But I love how he turned tables. Achieving what he looked up to just to recognize that all he wanted more or less looked like a fake world with fake people in it. But I get the point. Society is superficial and if you want to get recognized and some attention you need to make yourself fit in and make yourself more interesting than the others. At the end a good proval that everyone can achieve what they want. They only need to get out of comfort zone and start their journey.

People need to quit demonizing gear. There's a big difference between using 250mg of test (the high end of a TrT protocol) and blasting grams of gear, hgh, and insulin to compete at the pro level. It's not even in the same realm. You can get bigger than any dude in the gym on 250mg of test with the occasional bump up to 500mg. That's not gonna hurt you, at all. It's not a bad thing to be on gear, after a certain age it's detrimental to not use it.

Only thing I saw was an insecure kid who decided to take steroids to get big and then once he got big he turned into a complete douchebag. Steroids are for the weak. People can get into shape and be healthy without taking steroids. My problem isn’t with this dude personally I don’t even know who he is.. my problem is with the people who idolize the wrong people. Idolizing douchebag tendencies and the unhealthy use of steroid. It’s no different than idolizing a rapper who brags about shooting his enemies. None of those things make you a bad ass. Nowadays, so many influencers play exaggerated versions of themselves, but in 2007 the idea of a larger-than-life personality on the internet was almost totally unheard of. Zyzz cracked the code 15 years ago that took the rest of the fitness world decades to figure out. Now every influencer has an e book, supplement line, and coaching, but Zyzz foresaw that model 15 years ago (at 21 years old!). He many not have been clean, but as an influencer, he was a natural.

I like the last sentence. Nice pun and rip Zyzz.
Zyzz is the man that Andrew Tate could never become; Zyzz was kind, funny and also somewhat serious. He faced his own problems, but he usually didn’t actually hate the people he was talking to. He did his best to inspire younger people to start working out, and he actually did a pretty good job at it too. And he wasn’t being toxic, he was being a massive troll. And he was damn good at it too. It’s sad to see somebody with such an inspiring story but also problems and insecurities of their own. If he was still alive today, I’m pretty sure everyone would be happy that he decided to act and be the way he was.

Had to cut the amount of reps for most of my home workout exercises in half (the other halves were discarded) to prevent this problem from occurring (I actually get chest pain sometimes, so it is concerning after experiencing that before).
I'm a pretty big guy, and wish both guys and girls realize that nobody at the gym cares about other people's build. We're all there to improve ourselves, and I give anyone that shows up a ton of credit. Ii know they're self conscious and wish they knew that guys like me have plenty of insecurities.
