Jaw droppingly fantastic , Andrew.! Francis's collection must be the envy of every Beatles fan! Loved seeing the UK export 45s and albums, especially Abbey Road on Parlophone, and the French sandwich EP!. The records are in fantastic condition, which reflects how well Francis has looked after his collection. Another first class presentation, Andrew!

I’d love to see Andrew’s collection too. However I do remember him saying he mostly gets the enjoyment for owning something for awhile and passing it along. The incredible items he has had pass through his hands is out of this world…I’m definitely curious as to what he’s chosen to keep.

It is interesting to see UK export albums of U.S. Capital/Apple releases of The Beatles 2nd, Something New, Beatles 6 & Hey Jude in beautiful, laminated covers. Of course, the American versions had the plain matted covers. What a magnificent collection!

This may sound weird, but I've watched these videos several times each. Francis has such a soothing voice and I find it very relaxing listening to him go through the albums in his collection. The comments on each album, the rustling of the paper sleeves... it's like ASMR for Beatles fans! You should make an ASMR super cut from all the videos of Francis going through his albums! Lol! Cheers!

I love the Beatles but after awhile watching this I needed to read the Qu’ran and James Hollis to feel a smidgeon less self serving, and to attempt to rebalance myself. Not sure it did the trick though, I work in a vinyl shop and of all the used stuff that comes in store, it’s still The Beatles I’m most interested in. Now I’ve got even more wish and want list reference points. Thanks Andrew for your incredible sense of duty to this ignoble lunacy.

A lot of beauties here. Great presentation from Francis. Thanx to him to show a part of his collection. I like the French part which is not often shown. As I'm French, I do collect them too, but also some other countries from classic to exotic ones. I like mostly covers that are different from the original UK one. That's the case with the first French records shown here. I'm sure that a lot of people don't event know some like Dansez Beatles which is an orchestral record, so not really a Beatles record, but really look like a Beatles record (and usual Odeon label too). A lot of fans would have been disappointed when they bought it thinking it was a new Beatles record when it was issued in late 1964. But nice copy for collector like me. Same goes for the compilation Moto Party on Polydor without a picture of the Beatles on the front cover, which is not well known and good for people to discover here. The best part is on the Beatles 1965 with great looking copies. Often found in very bad shape and here in pristine condition. As it is the only gatefold cover from this period (before Sgt. Pepper) it is very fragile and was not made the right way. Some are even found in two pieces ;-) The cover is maybe too difficult to make with the round cut and the insert picture, with the three different versions including the rare sticker one (as a lot were used on fans windows ;-) ). And that's also what make it so special in the OSX French serie. Not talking of the round promo round thing that's hard to know why it's here and if it was really used for promo or sold like that. Same for the unusual black and red "languette". Hard to tell what they are for and how they could stand in record stores between the other records to sell. Great also to see an example of a display promo copy of "Les Beatles" to see what it looks like. Very specific in French way of promotion I guess. There are also the same display thing for EP copies. Beware of counterfeit where people cut themself a regular copy (often easy to notice). Thank you Francis for the way you show your beauties and hope you will show some more.

Hi Andrew! An excellent installment of your “Beatles Museum” series. Being a Beatles fan since 1963, I found your French Collector’s batch of vinyl fascinating. I’ve never seen so many singles on the Parlophone label! Here in the USA, Beatles records were sold on the Capitol Records label (a division of EMI). If you’ve ever seen a photo of Hollywood, it’s hard to miss the Capitol Records Building - it was designed and built to resemble a stack of records. And people in the UK may not know that here, BOTH The Beatles and The Beach Boys were on the SAME LABEL - Capitol Records! An American actor/writer/character voice actor and creator of some of the best-remembered (because they were hilarious) radio commercials (adverts for British readers) in history, Stan Freberg (pronounced “FREE-berg”) recorded and released quite a number of comedy records on the Capitol label. Freberg was once quoted as saying this about the Capitol Records Building: “The president of the company has a special button on his desk. In case of nuclear attack, he just pushes that button and the entire building will screw itself into the ground for protection!” I have no idea how many installments of this “Beatles Museum” series you’ve produced, but every time I come across one, I watch it right away. Great job, my friend!

My deepest condolences to everyone who mourns for the Queen. Now back to the video. Andrew , I watched the last videos together and I can't describe the goosebumps I've had while watching! I have a couple of questions for the owner though, and I'd be pleased if you could find out the answer... What made him start collecting vinyls from various countries apart from the UK and France? How did he do it? Was it like OCD for example and he was stuck to a country until it's over? Did he try to complete a country's releases year by year, or was he searching in general and acquired every item he wanted? Having heard all of the records, which country, does he think, have the best sounding vinyls except the UK? I'm looking forward to the next episodes ☺️❤️
