Zeke's titan is obviously uniquely powerful due to his royal blood, but the chameleon beast titan is absolutely devastating against titan shifters. Being able to restrain and suffocste a shifter like that while remaining hidden is genuinely so useful.

Falco turned to Titan with Zeke's spinal fluid so essentially his Jaw titan form was mixed with Beast's characteristics

Zeke's spinal fluid turning a pure into a shifter with the Beast's characteristics makes more sense. It also kinda affirms why there are 9 Titans that split off from Ymir's Founding Titan, despite only Rose Maria and Cena consuming Ymir's Spinal Fluid, and why they're all so drastically different. Various features mixing together and shaping how the Titans function over time through small incidents such as Falco's. His Jaw and Beast mixing together to maybe become something unique. Unfortunately we don't see more of it, but it would be interesting to see how the future Titans would have appeared if Eren didn't erase the Titan shifting ability from all Eldians.

Just to add to your point : You are correct. Tom Ksavers Ram beast titan is less combat capable. But it’s mainly because he is somewhat of a pacifist and doesn’t like fighting.

There was also a beast titan in the form of a T-rex in the intro song.

There's a titan in the manga during the development of the maneuver gear that's a menace, but it's not clear whether it's a shifter or not.

Bro used the wrong footage to show it off. In that scene he throws a giant boulder in a high arc so it blocks off a gate. If he did a proper pitch he'd just send it clean through the gate, wouldn't have blocked off the Horses, and allowed Erwin and the Scouts to retreat easily, guaranteeing their victory in Shiganshina.

The dinosaurs are potential forms for the Beast Titan shifter. It’s just that no host ever thought, “You know what? Imma model myself in a particular way so I can turn into an anthropomorphic Trex.” As explained in the video, the form achieved is based on the individual’s characteristics. For someone to turn into a dinosaur, it would have to match who they are as a person. One instance I can think of is this: A Beast Titan shifter who’s a tyrant ruler but enjoys dinosaurs. Therefore, he’d likely turn into a Trex, which would reference the name “Tyrant Lizard King.”

All titans are insane dude, anyone would lose their minds if they we forced to become something like that.

In my headcannon the okapi is a form of beast titan before the jaw titan was separated, like maybe it was Maria, Rose, or Sina’s titan because presumably the titan powers would be split up and could have the powers of multiple titans. Maybe that’s why they stopped at 9 because they were worried anymore splitting would just weaken them significantly.
