Like it was a contest. The Missouri has been updated since WW2. If Yamato was modified to modern weapons it would be a level fight almost. But all of Yamato firepower didn't save it from the Hellcats of WW2.

These two ships are very strong because they guarantee victory for any fleet with these two ships, but ymto is better in terms of the hull, which compensates for the weakness of the air defense

Size isn't everything in a fight. Those big ships are big targets and with the right weapons and upgrades they can be taken care of. If you are dealing with a fully functional group with mic communications then you have a good chance of victory against them. Especially with some of the maps. Lost city is hell for battleships.

Well duh missouri would have an advantage against yamato cuz it served till 1999 so it got many upgrades unlike yamato which sank in its era if it would've survived it would also be toe to toe with Missouri

I think yamato is better for offline grind because i didn't have a better speed but for online grind i recommend Missouri because it had and better speed and a helecopter a missile

If you change its armament. Yamato will not be yamato anymore. Its okay for other ships because all modern ships is upgradeable in reality.
Yamato and Missouri worst enemies are subs especially cn type 096

Yamato is perfect for close combat thanks to powerful main cannon (you can snipe enemies with that too if you have good shooting skill)

Both battleship are great, but if your looking for a high damage and durability, yamato is your answer, but keep in mind that yamato's air defense is not that strong, If you want to be safe, you better buy missouri, because the air defense is modern, and missouri has missiles slot that make the missouri safer, and also good for fighting bombers with Prometheus missiles The choice is yours my friend, whether it's good or not depends on the user
