♿️The Bathroom Was A Failure
The Bathroom was a failure. We stayed at the holiday inn in Cheshire Oaks. The wheelchair accessible room was really good. Its just such a shame the bathroom was a let down. I have a pretty small and agile wheelchair and struggled turning in there. I think people with larger chairs, or power-chairs would really struggle, or not manage at all. The bathroom really needs a make over. It was very dated.

On the whole we were really pleased with our stay, it would have been perfect if not for the bathroom. It was clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. What is your go to chain of hotels to stay at?? Defiantly not a Novotel 😂
So glad to see the cords hanging free. Every. Single. Time. I go to my local shopping centre accessible toilets they always put the emergency cord behind a grab rail, so there's 0 way of getting it if you were to fall on the floor. I ALWAYS make sure to pull it out incase.

See if you can get one of those little cards that attaches and explains why it shouldn't be tucked away for it or maybe tell the staff?

@@searchfield i do tell the staff if it is a small shop . Nut where I am public bathrooms at most places are unattended so you would have to go out of your way to find the service desk which isn’t always easy to find ( or easy to get them to take it seriously). I am going to try to get those cards to put around. That is a great isea
I've never seen any bathroom thats not at a hospital that's even close to as acsesablile in America 💀 I've never even seen one of the cords a single time that's not at a hospital, saw one "in the wild" for the 1st time when I visited Norway

I always find hotel beds way too low. Grrrr
