I’m 55 and played many of these games as they released in the arcades. This is nostalgia overload :) I showed this to my twin daughters to show them what their dad used to do with his spare quarters as a kid. Well done :)

This is the HEAVEN FOR ME. I was born in 1976 and here in Spain (Malaga) I played the 70% of them. Lovelty video!

This video is pure joy, what a great arcade, I imagine 80s music playing like some Dokken, Def Leppard, the police, the Bangles, the cars etc etc along with the sounds of the games. I'd even have some 80s horror movies playing on a monitor somewhere with something like ft13th or noes playing or something else entirely of the arcade era playing. Great way to pass the time pandemic or no pandemic. The selection of games is amazing too. A little slice of heaven in this basement for sure.

I had a smile ear to ear the whole time watching this. Nostalgia vibes were sweet.

They take me to lunch once a month. And with a punch card, I get every 12th month free.

I have subscribed to your channel and I love your 80s basement arcade it brings back my childhood I miss those great times and like I said I love wearing leather coats because of the 1980s I don't want to wear normal clothes anymore its not me. And I love your videos and your basement Arcade i really miss the 80s and 90s and looking at your youtube channel brings me back to to those great memories.

Definitely the most impressive home arcade ever. Looks like a ton of work keeping all of those up and running.

Amazing use of space fitting everything in there and having a good variety. Looks like getting any of those machines in and out of there would kind of suck. But I'm sure it's less hassle than it looks. You could seriously run your own arcade business and people would love it.

It's only missing a TMNT cabinet but the Simpsons makes up for it since it's a very similar game

Thank you. That was a mini booth that I refurbed and repainted. It definitely came out of a restaurant (the original color and style looked like old Taco Bell to me) and had the floor bolt brackets still on the legs.

This is fantastic. There are so many videos like this on KZread now I feel like some enterprising business folks need to get the idea that retro arcades are in high demand among the generation that can currently afford to build them in their basements, and start opening these arcades to the public for business. Maybe when COVID is over.

Games aside, I just wish I had the MONEY it took to make the room. There's well over $100K worth of games, tables, decorations, etc... You could probably fit the entire top floor of my house in that room alone. LOL....

@@voss451 prolly closer to $250K. If you were to try and replace those machines in the exact same shape. Those pins are 7/8 each. The tron game is 4K. The driving games are over 10
