The Barnyards of Delgaty, A Traditional Scottish Bothy Ballad. The group was not very familiar with this tune, but it sure doesn’t show. We played through it a couple of times and found a good take. Every version I've heard has a repeating Part A, alternating between instruments-only and vocals. This version has a Part B which is nice for adding some variety.
Listen for Mare's Irish Whistle that really hits the heart strings, and Kimmie's fiddle harmony. Sensei thumps that bass rhythm so nicely, while Ice Machine plays melody on this one, while Lightning tries his best at singing it. He's no Clancy Brother, but maybe a distant cousin.
