More strange ones) My idea is that because of paranoia, Andrew House spied on his worker's emails, and to tell each other things secretly, they developed a sort of code. A tad like the Railroad, and the "Do You Have a Geiger Counter?" quote. Something like that, applied to instead workers for H&H.

I love this place, I learned how to use the GECK solely to turn this place into my base of operations. I added a vault room, tons of security robots, Guards outside, an armory and even a hatch leading to a personal vault. This place gave me some great memories.

Thanks for the video; great stuff as usual. However, I think you've missed the Howard Hugh's connection. Hugh's Tool and Die was the foundation for Howard's fortune, which he inherited from his father, who died a schizophrenic. Howard is infamous for going Coo-coo for coconuts in his later years, saving his fingernail clippings, urine and other bodily fluids. Before that however, Howard built up the business with an advanced aviation industry that still makes components for the military to this day. Howard also was involved with the entertainment industry and had a significant role in developing Las Vegas. So, clearly, this in-game story is related to the Howard Hugh's story.

It's kinda wild to think that the second hr message just went out this past week. I hope H&H can tough it through this recession.

I love these videos. Even when i play these missions, I always miss something. Side note. There was a intern who stole moon rocks from NASA, brought them home, had sex on them, and then went jail over it.

I'm late, as usual, but I think it more likely that Anthony House looted the safes before leaving and left behind all the booby traps and hostile robots as a way of (successfully) making sure his brother would never take over the building and never profit from the H&H tool company again.

I’m playing the game again for the first time in about 8 years. Whenever I finish an interesting quest, I watch a video about it on this channel to see if I missed anything, and to learn more about the lore behind it all. This channel adds more to my experience, thank you for doing what you do.

The loading screen almost always shows that building with different logos on it, including post-war businesses like silver rush and atomic wrangler

honestly I wish they did more with this place, like perhaps asking Robert House about his brother after visiting.

H&H Tools knew about Covid

One note to add, the locked briefcase on the cocktail lounge in the Lucky 38 casino could probably be the work of Anthony House's revenge on Robert House since there's C4 explosives and a silenced .22 pistol along with a detonator.

Sometimes I go through a phase of finding most content on KZread drab and boring, but it never ceases to entertain and sometimes even relax me after a hard day to watch and listen to you guide me through the lore I never got the chance to see on my playthroughs. You just make the best videos Oxhorn, keep up the good work!

I think that Dr. O from old world blues might actually be Anthony house. In Higgs village he has a picture of house with knives stuck in it. He also has securitrons broken down in there as well. He seems to be the most neurotic and insecure of the think tank. He is their main roboticist and Anthony house ran a company that made high tech robotics equipment. Is ther something here oxhorn?

I appreciate this one. A little bit of cut content info, a good side narrative, and decent speculation using all available evidence all make this a solid video. Keep up the good work, man.

If it's anything like the real world, "SEC" means "Security and Exchange Commission", which has to do with the issuance and sale of stocks... If Robert House were to use various holding companies to secretly buy a majority of H&H Tool's stock, that's how he could take it over against Anthony's wishes...

Another excellent slice of lore, sir. Very much enjoyed the cut quest and how the information was supposed to fit into the game.

The HR rep for H&H tools ( Cindy Lou Kreb ) was likely in Robert Houses employ secretly that's why Robert House programmed a Securitron to have her personality. Hence the Cindy Lou that you give the Snow Globes to when you first step off the elevator.

In the Mod called 'Run the Lucky 38', which adds several underground levels to the hotel/casino, one of which has tunnel system, which includes a small entry/side room, that contains the terminal with 'let me in'-like text, along with a unindentified skeleton remains, whilest the rest of tunnels has two exit points, first to manhole cover into freeside, the other directly connecting with H&H company itself

I'm thinking it's "H&H Tools Factory" because it's the factory floor and administration offices for the various H&H Tool Stores. (They make tools plural. The Store is singular.) It has the company logo, because it's, y'know branding. The loading screen is probably a retail location, where they sell the tools made in the factory and shipped worldwide BA (Before Armageddon).
