Lý do sà lan nhiều là do tỉnh Trà Vinh đang thi công đường QL53 cần bơm cát nâng mở rộng đường Quốc Lộ ra đấy.

They sound like the "Whistler" engines used in the U.S. 2 1/2 and 5 ton trucks that were abandoned there, in the early 1970's.

Some of the vessels seem "slightly" overloaded :)

... the legend lives on from the chippewa on down of the big lock they call gitchey goomey. Loaded with dirt 26 ton more than Long Quan weighed empty. The good ship and crew had a bone to be chewed when the locks of Haipan get too narrow!

Rules happen when the rich get together to bribe the government to get rid of the poor competition. Then you get special licenses, insurance, inspections, patrols, limits on barge age, and all the things needed to squeeze out the lower rung competition. They seem to be doing fine on their own skill and wit without the mighty rule book imposed from on high. .

@@NemoBlank Yeah they really look like they’re doing fine! Air quality is poor rivers are polluted and most of them are living in poverty, If you think they are doing fine you must have some very low standards!

If your "solution" for their way of living is rules and environmental awareness you are the only poor person here... These people are doing fine and probably don't want to trade for your life or mine...

@@user-dt6yw1sr9b Я бы сказал даже не вместо фур, а для некоторых вместо передвижных домов. Это дельта реки Меконг. Тысячи проток, рукавов и оросительных каналов. Это защитный шлюз оросительного канала - автор канала рассказывал.

У одного в лодке было что то наподобие местных дынь :) И воняют они наверняка не хуже Камаза. А одна деревянная лодка, похоже, помнит еще Хо Ши Мина. Не удивлюсь, если у их там встречаются движки от Камазов. Хотя... Скорее всего все китайское или местное.

Почему ни кто не регулирует проход дамбы? Можно ведь установить правила очередности прохода. Прошедшая лодка, могла бы помочь идущей сзади. Деревянные отдельно от железных. А так хаос какой-то! Все лезут, толкаются. Я понимаю, время-деньги, но ведь если затонет в этом месте лодка, стоять то будут все!
