Thanks so much for sharing this. I've honestly lost track of what happened to this group. I read that they did some soul searching and exploration with different styles of music. Kudos to them for doing that and trying something different for a bit. But, at their core, they are so good at bluesy country sound. It just works for them. I hope that they come back strong and knock it out of the park with a new album. Kimberly Perry's voice speaks to people and with harmonies from her brothers, it's solid gold.

I was never a huge country music fan but when I first saw The Band Perry on the Letterman show in 2014 I became an instant fan!....Their energy, the story the lyrics told, Kimberly's voice and stage presence and their natural chemistry commanded the stage and made you feel good and get on your feet. I just wanted to be part of the fun... I looked forward to seeing them live one day but I dont want to pay for the concert in this video.... Also Kimberly is a GORGEOUS WOMAN but whoever told her she looks good in this outfit had a wonderful sense of humor.... Please bring back the original BAND PERRY their energy and stage presence will blows anyone off the stage !!!!!

7:31 starts the Band Perry, great band, I hope & pray they reunite one day, Kimberly has branched out on her own, but she can still be in the Band Perry, look at how Stevie Nicks was in Fleetwood Mac + her own hall of fame band!

I think they lost their fan base and sunk themselves. They had it going for themselves. Best of luck, but sadly, I think the best is behind them.

Itt is a thumbs up ... it is positive , leaving a bit of dark times , some small good moments ... lots of talent , huge amounts of it ... but a future is nedeed , and it has the possibility to be as great as the past... is there going to be the courage and wisdom to see the way?? There is nothing to prove...a lot still to give...

@@mathewgladden8914 Hello Mathew , it would be a long , very long reply that i don't want to give and i am not willing to give openly to the world , or like some say selling the story to the press , this might make some people wild imagination go to overdrive , imagine awfull stuff and such.. don't go that way ... however when i "say" leaving dark times and because English is not my native language , i would say that some bad influences or choices taken by the band are in the past... if we look just at numbers which was a mistake with this band , because you cannot put numbers in people's deep feelings and they did it , well if you look at numbers Kimberly Perry's Instagram followers dropped 200 thousand , for instance in the last lets us say 5 years , the why is known by Kimberly , the fans and some very well informed people like me , i am not being humble , but is true , some of it however is not even believed even by the members of the band , i guess... also if you look at hits , they disaperared , that might not be bad if there is joy in your music , but even Kimberly acknowledged that there were difficult , hard times (not sure the word she used , maybe she said toxic ) , let us think for instance that there was her divorce , records and hopes that were shattered... until 2016 The Band Perry was obviously maybe the best live band in the World and if we look at hit songs or poetry they were very good , you might have a huge following in social media , let us say Taylor's Swift who in my view is "done" , and Taylor And Kimberly were Scott Borchetta big cards , untouchable , the difference is that if you have a emotional event in your life , the deatg of someone , marriage , the thought of your parents or others , a divorce or brake up , the songs you will remember and use are the one's of The Band Perry , not Taylor...now lets hope for the future .

In fact as far as youtube you don't have nothing to show for yourself , why don't you become my youtube subscriber ? That way you could understand and know me somewhat better and maybe realize my thinking process , but as for now i thank you for your comments , time and attention that you spend with my writings in this platform.

What the heck happened to this once promising band. I used to worship the ground they walked on. And I didn’t even like the modern pop crap country that was out at the time of their earlier career. I was actually excited by their bluegrass infused contemporary country sound. At least then they kind of stood out from the crowd because they were infinitely better than a lot of the newer country at the time. Thought they were a class act. Watching this just makes me sad :( RIP Band Perry

My thoughts as well. Maybe they just had a really bad night or couldn't hear themselves in the monitors properly. This is an awful performance, lots of sour notes, just heard one now, ouch.

@@robwasnj Kimberly sounds awesome. She's a one woman show. Her brother's dragging her down.

I liked this band when they first had success as a country band, unfortunately they changed musical direction several times and never really established an identity or style associated with the group. I think they all have talent, and Kimberly is a good singer, IMO they just have a poor choice of songs that really don't connect with the audience.

Just MY “opinion”....so if your easily offended..keep scrolling. I think this band is trying to mix to much “dark” with country. Country represents MOST of the blue collar workers..and beyond. But the core is blue collar workers...farmers...country.. We are not “dark” people. We love God, family..country..friends..drinking...fun... I think that’s why they can’t seem to get going. When they first “made it”...they had it right. But then they had to start “experimenting” with darker stuff... And lost most of those who liked them to begin with. Again...Just my opinion.... But I do think they are VERY talented. And wish they would go back to singing about we “their “fans” know and love..without all the darker nuances they added after we first met them.

You made some valid points. I don't appreciate the "dark" lyrics in their songs. They should sing more about faith, family and be more inspirational. The music is catchy but like I said, the lyrics should be more morally uplifting. Kimberly Perry is a good singer and has great stage presence.

At least Kimberly went back to being a blonde. They sound terrible, their not close to their country sound anymore.

Their hair is naturally dark, which is nice with their light eyes, I like their music.

she sounds great... she has put on some weight and I wouldn't have known it was her if it wasn't for the title

Correct. she let herself go like a lot of women do in their 30s. That outfit and hat I think is to hide it.

@@kennygee2715 Kimberly is a curvy lady if you take note she has narrow shoulders and waist, she is not fat she is strong , she is maybe built like her mom or dad, her brother Neil & her are more thick whereas Reid is more slender, this is just how they are built, they are a great band, although disbanded for now, they will rise up again later, I feel. Rock on The Band Perry.
