The Band Guitar Lesson - W.S. Walcott Medicine Show

Dissecting the guitar into to The Band’s tune “W.S. Walcott Medicine Show” from 1970’s “Stage Fright” album. Robbie Robertson is such an underrated and unique guitar player who wrote a few doozy riffs. I don’t know who wrote the songs, but his guitar playing was always superb.

That’s amazing! I have read every book about The Band, and have read Levon’s several times, so I’m really familiar with your grandpa! What a crazy world! Thanks for reaching out and commenting. I’m a drummer before a guitar player and Levon is my absolute hero! Sad day today. All the best, and thanks again for the comment.

This is so cool man thanks for doing this, trying to learn some rhythm stuff and robbie's my fave. you ever thought of playing 'life is a carnival', that's got a very cool guitar thing, though it sort of disappears into the horn section
