I watch this channel because I like to see people who really know what they’re doing but don’t come across as know-it-alls. Most of all love how everyone gets along and shows good humor even under deadline pressure. I could never watch those “reality” fabricator shows where they felt the need for conflict and people yelling at each other to make it more dramatic. Plus you’re just all-around good people. You guys rock.

Enjoy your 'road' trip! I don't know if there's anything as satisfying as disconnecting from society and enjoying nature for what it really is. Roughing' it, living like a cave man, getting dirty and shunning modern convenience for several days is a great way to do just that. As soon as cell coverage is gone, I turn off my phone and chuck it in the glove box and fuggetaboutit for several days. NOW, no one can 'make that call' except the folks you meet on the trail to help out! Better yet are the trips into truly empty places where you're the only human for miles! Chill out and take the time to simply sit very still, be very quiet and do nothing but appreciate your surroundings. The older I get, the more I appreciate that simple act!

@@rollinrat4850 give me a little credit I have somewhere between 750 and a million miles of driving a big rig draging 53 ft trailers up and down every single mountain of the east coast of the United States up and down the Rocky mountains Continental divide United States including 11,000 ft pass in Colorado on the i-70 and in the dead of winter with black ice on the road. There are many things that affect the abilities of the cooling system of a airplane a boat a car a truck as a variable that change on a daily basis. An example I help company I was working for at the time as a licensed small vessel captain by a 70-ft crew boat was made of aluminum this had twin 12V 71 twin turbo charge intercooled Detroit Diesel engines. Saltwater fishheat exchanger cooling system when you have the saltwater cooling of a heat exchanger that has antifreeze in the fresh water side. Deller guaranteed that the vessel could make 21 knots which is roughly 23 24 mph ocean water of Texas. Roughly 29° of latitude. However it was shipped to the island of Guam 13° of latitude above the equator the ocean temperatures are much warmer at or near the equator than they are in Texas the amount of humidity in the air meaning water vapor of the temperature of the air itself is quite different that vessel could never exceed 17 knots full throttle in speed runs now the engine room is on the vessel has forced air ventilation meaning fans blowing air into the engine room to aid in cooling. I was a captain of that vessel. As a private airplane pilot I know that anything called sectional density altitude that if the air temperature is above a certain number of degrees that even a jet engine airplane that does not have after burners on it cannot develop enough ground speed for for the airplane to take off.

Great work, it's coming along nicely! Thanks to the viewers for all the safety squints! I never damaged my eyes, just born this way, one eye only sees some light and dark, the other better but not perfect. Means no 3D and no depth perception, so it's great to see that your looking after that!

LOL, I was the same growing up, even found one year the Monopoly game under my parent's bed, LOL, that was before Christmas, and have been able to make an "educated" guess by the not so vague impressions through solid wrapping paper of an album I got, and guessed right. Still, the thrill of getting it was not lost. But my parents were also enterprising enough to surprise me by giving me my Dad's old Ford Fairmont a(POS) by hiding the X type of tire iron in a flat box with rocks to disguise it, and then a similar trick with a 35mm point and shoot Canon camera.
