As a Yankees fan, same here. The long rebuild finally became fruitful in 2022 when they went 83-79 and now it's an embarrassment of riches for them. They will be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.

That’s true class man. When you guys won in ‘04 I was rooting hard for you guys all the way. As an O’s fan I’ve never been this excited about a team in my lifetime. Not even ‘97 or ‘14.

This team.... I lack the words, like the amount of sheer misery we faced for years, 100 loss season after another and within 2yrs of that bitterness, we win 100 games and clinch the AL East... AINT THE BEER COLD!!!!!

As a Yankees fan I say congratulations to Baltimore. From 2017 to 2021 this team went through the struggles of a long rebuild. They went 83-79 in 2022 and everyone knew they were knocking on the door of becoming a contender again and now in 2023 they're a 100 win team and the top seed in the American League. Only two years removed from a 52-110 record. The Orioles are gonna be a force to be reckoned with for many years to come with all the great young players they have.

I knew they'd make the plyoffs but I didn't think they'd be THIS good THIS quickly. Congrats Orioles.

I said at the beginning of this season that'd I'd be happy with a wildcard spot, then all of a sudden they win the damn division and the number one seed in the AL with a genuine chance to make a deep run. Anything past this point is gravy, because the O's have taken a massive step forward and in the right direction.

This has me in tears!!! So happy for the Orioles!!!

Amazing. I'm tearing up watching this. I was 19 and a Sophomore in College in Baltimore during that magical 1983 season. Now 40 years later I'm feeling optimistic about October.

I'm with you! Lifelong Orioles fan and Brooksie was/is/will always be my baseball hero! I graduated in '83 (the last World Championship) and the year Brooksie was a first ballot HOF inductee!!!! Win it this year for #5 guys!!! I'll be hoping the dream comes true!!

Absolutely! Great preparation. His pressers are great because he actually answers questions intelligently. He managed to win despite the loss of the best closer in the majors. He seems to know which players to play, when, and where. He's a win all the way around.

Orioles magic is getting crazier and crazier in 2023! This Orioles team is only just getting started. Thats the real crazy part. Lets go Os!

As a Dodger fan, I’m very glad that the Orioles are going to the playoffs since 2016, a 100 wins, and an AL East title. This is might be the greatest turnaround I ever saw from being a 110 game losing team to a 100 game winning team in a 2 year span. I know that the late great Mr. Brooks Robinson is happy for this! Congratulations Orioles!!!!

I'm an old Red Sox fan and I'm super happy for the Orioles. I remember the days of Boog Powell, Brooks and Frank Robinson, Jim Palmer etc. It feels good to see them up after being down so long. Hope they win it all.

Birdland is celebrating one of many. 🎉 Last night was a culmination of so much. Our lease was extended for at least 30 years and a couple years ago we had over 100 losses. This is one of many. Baltimore is not done yet.

I’m a Braves fan but because I grew up in the DMV, I will always support this team and I’m very proud what this orioles team have accomplished this season. Congratulations to the Baltimore Orioles!

September 28th 2020 we lost my husband of 45yrs leaving this dark void, he brought so much joy and love to so many. Last season i got back to watching these birds and today I know more about the game of baseball because it was to become a bond between my grandson and myself that has been something unexpected. This young man LOVES baseball and was always sharing with his Pop his games and progress. So yes we are beyond over joyed. This morning we knew today was likely the day since they had Pop and Brooks coaching 😇🙏

I've been an Oriole fan since 1971 & this is giving me a feeling so great I can't explain.

I knew at the end of last year, this was going to be a special season in Baltimore. I had this team going to the playoffs, but not like this. Doing something the franchise hasn't seen since 1980, which is a 100-win season, and now they have a chance to do what no Oriole team has done in the Camden Yards Era. Make the World Series, the road will be tough in October, but this team will be battle-tested, after all of those tough games they've played all season. Please, gods, give us a healthy Felix, if we get that we're going to the World Series. Even if we don't, its still an amazing season. All we need now is playoff games in Baltimore in both complexes in the same year. How awesome would that be? Who knows if it will happen, but right now, its time to soak this division title in. O-R-I-O-L-E-S MAGIC! WHY NOT!?

I watched most of these guys in Salisbury when they were w/ at Single A. I've seen Mike Elias at a lot of the games too, & make no mistake, this is what the beginning of a dynasty looks like. O-R-I-O-L-E-S M-A-G-I-C is back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
