I know this isn't a new subject on TigerBelly, but soooooo many of us out there let moments from the past spin our brains out of control to the point where it can be our own demise. To listen to Bobo tell this story 100 times and to watch Megan say that moment doesn't even compare to so many other things that she has dealt with was super important. I hope people take this episode as a lesson. If YOU are feeling bad about something YOU did, only YOU have the power to make it right! (even if the other party doesn't care or want, you can still do your best to make it right and that effort means just as much)

Well, he also didnt remember the whole thing and she clearly remembered all of it which means it made an impact on her memory which means it was more meaningful than she was letting on, but shes also clearly over it. So, the lesson is really just suck it up, be an adult, and apologize. On the other end it also means be gracious enough to accept an apology and let it go. Life's too short.

Oh and what makes you think that she is telling the whole truth?? Because she's a woman? The truth is always somewhere in between and it's hilarious that people see this as her being perfectly objective and Bobby being 100 percent wrong. Khalyla doesn't help either with her bitterness and belittling of Bobby.

It wasn't an easy road either. We saw him relapse through the course of that and go through major interventions and loss. It's inspirational because you can tell he still isn't perfect. But he's trying to improve in his own way and challenge himself. That's what's important. If a 50 year old Bobby Lee can do that after all the shit he's gone through and having the fuck you money now to say it doesn't matter if he changes his ways or not than anyone can.

Wow, the Northern Ireland bit was pure misinformation. Audience, please do not take any of that for the truth. To the speaker: I don't have time to deal with everything that's wrong with what you said, so I'll just say this. You can't tell if someone is protestant or catholic because of how they look. Nobody was looking at you disapprovingly because your parents were from a 'mixed marriage', as nobody can tell. Also, the 'black irish' idea you alluded to has nothing to do religion. Dark haired Irish people may have ancestors who were Spanish (see Spanish Armada) or Norman French (both who, funnily enough, were mostly catholic). Most protestants in NI descend from lowland Scots people, or Irish who converted, and therefore do not look in any way different - at least to the point where generalisations can be made. I'd recommend you revisit the north of Ireland again and actually talk to people other than your parents, and/or educate yourself. Also, most catholics and protestants don't hate each other, and the Troubles officially ended in 1998 with power sharing and the Good Friday Agreement. Yes, things haven't been perfect since then, but things are a hell of a lot better than you're making it out to be. Lastly, Belfast (which I assume is the city you're referring to), is a fantastic place which I'd encourage everyone to visit.

I'm sad that Opinions are clouded because of historic issues that have long since dissipated to a large degree.

That's what I was kinda thinking (even as a dumb American). Okay so she said Catholics have red hair and protestants have dark hair... Red hair is kinda rare, but Ireland is known to have more redheads than other countries. Can't be more than a quarter of their population is redheaded and over half are Catholic so that math don't add up lol And because they have freckles they're Catholic?? I'm not even of Irish descent and I got freckles. The crap is that supposed to mean And this is all excluding the obvious point that catholicism and protestantism are religions and not races

BUT, this reckoning was one of me n my pops fave callbacks cause he also 👗 shamed someone right before an important moment where appearance would be a huge focal point of what an entire captive audience would be watching….. I was the me and he never thought he was even a lil wrong until I pointed out that he was the Bobby. I guess all it took was one of his faves admitting they were wrong for a dress 👗 shaming a ♀for him to kind of admit he was to eventually apologize sincerely…. He would have LOVED this ep. I had to sit in this for a day to see if I still felt the same way as when I first heard it and I still don’t understand what Bobby is trying to accomplish here. It’s definitely not funny so I’m assuming he’s trying to make some kind of amends or some thing. Which is strange considering he did absolutely nothing wrong but give this comic an opportunity to open for him. And instead of using that opportunity that 1000 other open micers would have killed for, she chose to cry and complain and talk shit about him. What’s even stranger is that this episode is within a week of the newest bad friends episode where he spends the entire time bullying and making fun of a sweet guy like Doc by saying how ghetto he is and how stupid he is. Hey Bobby, make up your mind. Or don’t. But the half-woke, half-bully thing is coming across really phony.
