I went to casino in Kelowna right after the hit on one of the bacon bros. The people inside said they thought it was a thunder storm 😂. Cops took around ten minutes to respond, while only being couple blocks away.

John Gotti was brought up in poverty, Al Capone was poor, Pablo Escobar was poor, and Mexican drug king pin Amado Carrillo Fuentes very poor. Poverty usually starts your life of crime. Very few start being career criminals because of being wealthy. Maybe later with blue collar crime like Bernie Madoff but it’s not the same racket. The Beacon Brothers were psychopaths who were all in it for fast money and were stupid. BC street gangs are not very smart and make money from bigger organized crime drug scraps. The real Canadian organized crime are very smart, like Hells Angels, Chinese, Italian criminal groups who make most of the money. They use the lower street gangs as a way to make money on street and if they don’t do what they are told or become to big headed. The spring cleaning starts, you see dead young gang members in the news. I knew many of these types who came from a very poor families. Didn’t want to work a minimum wage job, hated school and got into gangs for the quick money and for the power of being in a gang. A lot of them died, went to jail or became rats because they were too scared of jail.

Canada is extremely lenient with their sentencing guidelines. If this were the US the brothers would have been convicted of a RICO and each gotten 100+ years in federal prison. Since there were violent crimes associated with their sentences they would have been sent to a level 5 Supermax and spent the rest of their lives in 23 hour a day solitary confinement.

People always forget because it wasn't reported on as much as other news. that Jonathon bacon lived on port moody for a short while, and police intercepted a hitman well doing surveillance, dressed as maintenance guy trying to enter the building found gun's in his dufflebag. I lived in that building at the time, cops put out a warning to the public and residents of the building after warning people that simply just being around him could put your life in danger.

Yeah the Port Moody Cops we’re keeping 6 for them when they had a apartment in Moody. I remember one them and his Gym buddies were at Canada Games pool in New West using the Gym on the regular and the Gym started warning other people there to be careful. They’d literally workout in Tactical Vests.

I was there during this period. Abbotsford police catered to them when they were arrested and would have stores opened and held open outside of normal hours to allow them to shop. This put the stores staff at risk. Many shoot-ups and a great deal of gang violence. Even went down into Mexico.
